The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the room itself was quite spacious. The front desk service was warm and attentive, providing very detailed information. It's very close to Shisanyuan and Nashi Ziran, and the hotel shuttle makes getting around very convenient. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

This hotel is located inside the Garden Expo Park, offering a fantastic and serene environment away from the crowds. The package included a 'Sen Duo' photo shoot, which was a great experience with many picturesque spots. The Garden Expo Park itself is massive, and the Nature Exploration Park was a hit with the kids, featuring numerous small animals they could interact with up close. The hotel courtyard has adopted stray cats, and many kittens have recently been born. As the weather is getting warmer, please provide more clean water for the little kittens.

Everything was pretty good, except for the excessively long check-in wait time, which is understandable during holidays. The hotel has a great design, and its location inside the Garden Expo Park, next to the newly added Nature Exploration Park, is a definite plus.

Among the hotels in the Garden Expo Park, this one is pretty average – nothing really stands out, but there aren't any major downsides either. The only issue might stem from the hotel's parent company being a bit stingy, which puts a lot of pressure on management to cut costs. For instance, housekeeping staff will question you or make a fuss even if you just ask for two extra towels. The in-room minibar is housed in a really well-designed cabinet, but unfortunately, it's completely empty. This is unique among all the five-star hotels I've stayed in; other hotels even stock local specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the hotel experience was just okay, nothing to write home about.

Facilities: Dual sinks and a Dyson hairdryer, simply amazing. The room size is also very generous. Among all the hotels around the Garden Expo Park, this one offers the best value for money. Cleanliness: Acceptable. However, the windows in the public areas and corridors could use a good cleaning. Environment: The selected garden-view room was stunning, with beautiful garden views featuring water and flowers. Service: The staff were very responsive. Room service requests were promptly fulfilled multiple times. They also inquired about my preferences for breakfast. Overall, the service was above average. Pro tip: I highly recommend purchasing a package deal. It offers excellent value, and the Natural Exploration Park and Yangshan Quarry attractions were unexpectedly fun.

Let me get straight to the point: this is fraud. I can't believe a Radisson-branded hotel would tolerate such deception. I arrived at 8 PM, looking forward to a quiet two-day stay. When checking in, I specifically mentioned that I thought I had requested a high-floor room. The front desk guy said the third floor was the highest available. Here's where it gets interesting: he probably worried I'd make more demands, so he quickly said, "Your room has already been upgraded." I replied that I had booked a lake-view room, to which he retorted, somewhat impatiently, "We've upgraded you to a bigger and better lake-view room." I figured he just wanted to shut me up, so I didn't press it further. I just wanted a pleasant two-day rest. Throughout my two-day stay, I discovered the room he gave me was called a 'Zhuangyuan Room' and had no lake view whatsoever. The price was even lower than the lake-view room I originally booked (I have pictures to prove it). This hotel flat-out cheated me. I don't understand how such a large hotel can stoop to deceiving its guests. I will reserve the right to file a complaint with the Nanjing Market Supervision Bureau, the Tourism Bureau, and the hotel's corporate headquarters. Arrogance and prejudice will only lead to their downfall sooner rather than later. There will be no other outcome. I warn other guests not to be fooled; they have no bottom line.

As a Trip.com Black Diamond member, this is the first time I've checked into a hotel room that hadn't been cleaned. I mean, even budget hotels don't usually have this issue. I contacted the staff, and not only did they not come to fix it immediately, but they actually suggested I was in the wrong room! In the end, it was my Trip.com concierge who kept pushing them. On top of that, the room had a persistent bathroom smell. After swimming, I asked staff to replace the bath towels, and they still hadn't done it by midday. Everyone, avoid this hotel at all costs!

Very nice resort with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and the view of the misty mountain was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the chinese restaurant was very good with the local delicacies. The only fault was the rainy weather making the outdoor hot spring infeasible but I cannot complain about having to stay indoors a bit in this hotel!

The service was quite cold. I didn't even bother asking about the package upgrade; I just didn't want a first-floor room, but they said none were available. The room facilities and cleanliness were decent, but the public areas needed improvement, especially the hot spring where there were empty bottles and used tissues on the ground that hadn't been cleaned up. Breakfast didn't offer much variety, and kids over 1.2 meters were charged half price at 84 yuan, which they enforced very strictly. On a positive note, the hotel shuttle service was efficient and quick for both pick-ups and drop-offs.

Facilities: The hotel amenities are excellent, and the pool is beautiful and kid-friendly. Environment: It's naturally very close, just a 5-minute walk away. Service: Full of surprises! We were lucky enough to have a raccoon wake us up, and it even came into our room!

A very relaxing and comfortable trip! The lady at the front desk was professional and patient, and even upgraded us to a suite for free. The hotel is located inside the Garden Expo Park, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions within the park. There are also park shuttle buses available. The hotel's restaurant also has good food. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located right inside the Garden Expo Park. During the Spring Festival, there were daily fireworks and drone shows, which were fantastic and the fireworks were truly spectacular! The hot springs are on the second floor, with both indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor area had cute rubber duckies and rose petals, plus a steam room, which was quite nice. The third floor has a gym and a swimming pool. It wasn't too crowded during our stay, so it was relatively peaceful. The room was very spacious, with a bathtub and a dressing table – I found it very comfortable. There's also room service, and it felt like the food was delivered within 15 minutes, though the prices were a bit high. The Garden Expo Park is huge. We were mainly exploring the city with our child this time, and getting taxis back and forth was a bit of a distance. However, we booked this far out for the hot springs for our little one. It would be even better to spend two days at the Garden Expo Park; the Hugging Paradise inside is perfect for kids, and ours had a blast. Next time we visit Nanjing, we'll bring the grandparents along!

Overall, it was a good stay. I especially loved the Old Duck Vermicelli Soup; I had a bowl every morning! ☺️ The environment was also pleasant, and the pool was beautiful. The only downside was that the air conditioning's heating function was really poor. I woke up freezing the first night and couldn't find any extra blankets in the room. I had to make do until morning. The next day, I asked the staff for an extra blanket and a heater, which made it perfect. I hope they can provide an extra blanket in the room as a standard.

The room was top-notch; we got upgraded to an executive king room with a huge double jacuzzi – it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the complimentary afternoon tea was very photogenic. Breakfast was pretty good too. There are five hot spring pools in total, two indoors and three outdoors. Unfortunately, we went at night, so the outdoor pools weren't well-lit; I imagine they'd be much prettier around sunset. The tickets for the Nature Park were a pleasant surprise and far exceeded our expectations. You can interact with most of the small animals, making the package deal super worth it, haha!
