I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what made it truly special was the staff. Especially, Lorna Chen was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place!

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The temperature inside the room was extremely uncomfortable, and it didn’t match the outside weather at all. It felt either too hot or poorly regulated, making it difficult to relax or sleep. I raised this issue with the hotel staff, expecting some assistance or at least an effort to fix it, but unfortunately nothing was done. There was no solution offered, no room change, and no follow-up after my complaint. For a comfortable stay, temperature control is basic, and I expected better service. Sadly, the lack of response made the experience frustrating. I hope the hotel improves how they handle guest concerns in the future.

Excellent stay overall! Initially, I found the room a bit warm, and the hotel was reluctant to provide extra bottled water. However, after some communication, they provided a fan and more water. The facilities are great, but the best part was definitely the restaurant. The service there was fantastic, and the sesame pancakes were delicious!

The front desk service was excellent. My child was crying and fussy because they were tired, but Cynthia at the front desk was very professional and efficient with the check-in, so we didn't waste any time. The room was quite spacious and the temperature was just right. I absolutely loved the big bathtub! It's a shame we had an early connecting flight and didn't get to experience more. I'll definitely be back next time!

24 hour reception was very helpful after arriving late due to a late flight. Rooms are very modern and clean, and follow a certain artistic style. The hotel is a bit outside of the airport vicinity, only reachable via car at night (the subway closes at around 10.30 pm)

Was a bit far from the city relatively, reached the hotel at 12am and the counter was kind enough to upgrade my stay for the night. Only had a short stay as i had things to do the next day but it was pleasant.
