Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

First time to Nanjing, thought about booking one of these Shangri-la, Marriot, Andaz, Kempinski and Intercontinental. Decision was made - Intercontinental, the tallest hotel in the region, closed to metros and local shops. Free upgraded room with sensational view to Xuan Wu Lake, hotel team are all excellent from check-in to check-out. Overall, highly recommended hotel to tourist visiting Nanjing.

Since its opening in 2018, I have stayed at Jumeirah Hotel Nanjing many times, and it must be one of the first choices as long as I come to Nanjing. What attracts me is the service beyond expectation, and I think the service in Jumeirah Nanjing is also among the best. As an old member of Shanghai Ritz-Carlton, check in Nanjing, the price-performance ratio of this executive room package is really conscientious. I had the pleasure of staying at the Rachamankah Hotel recently, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. For nature enthusiasts, this hotel is a haven, with its proximity to some fantastic hiking routes. The Thai cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful culinary journey. The flavors were exquisite, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious dishes. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by the friendly hotel staff. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our time at Rachamankah Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in the mountains.

During this trip to Nanjing, I stayed in three different hotels for three nights. I originally wanted to stay at the Banyan Tree for both nights, but thinking that it would be time-consuming to visit the Garden Expo, I stayed one night at other hotels for easier travel. I regretted the experience. No two nights at the Banyan Tree. It's a bit regretful that we didn't see the expected sunset, but no matter what the weather is, no matter what the scene is outside the window, the huge picture-like beauty from the lobby is a visual impact, and it can only be captured in a horizontal screen to show its magnificence. An abandoned mine has been turned into such a beautiful hotel. I am really impressed by the magic of this design. From check-in to check-out, every receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic. The room was upgraded, cakes were given, and the room was decorated. Special thanks to Shirley at the front desk. She added her on WeChat before checking in. During the stay, she answered all my questions. She was caring and heart-warming. She even came to greet me when I got home. I also received a gift before leaving. It is a first-class hotel with first-class service. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanjing.

We were trying out the Fairmont brand for the first time, as it is out of our price range in Shanghai, and it was really an awesome experience. We were met kindly at the reception on the ground floor and not only led up to the reception, but all the way up to check in at the Executive Lounge, and then to our room by the same friendly member of staff. I have forgotten his name after a month, but luckily mentioned it to the manager at the time. We were upgraded from a regular exec room to a two bathroom suite with large lounge area, great bedroom with huge tv, separate dressing area and cupboards, heated floor and lovely bath area in the main bathroom, excellent standard of fixtures, and just a truly luxurious feel. I felt a little like an influencer trying out the best in the city, and had to take a video and send to friends just to show them. Did I mention that all of this was looking out on a great view of the Chang Jiang from the 60th floor, and that the TV had a named and personal greeting for us when we turned it on. It was a truly great New Year experience. We are not much with using facilities, but we did have breakfast for a few days, and the choice is vast. As a brit, I was thrilled to find that they had one of my local sauces that I love to have with breakfast, but is not even available to buy in China in most places (HP). There were stations set up all around the restaurant in a square that goes all around the building, with a great view, and although the stations were a little too far apart for a breakfast collection stroll, the staff offered to bring things to us, looked after us, and were super courteous. The Executive lounge was also an excellent place to stay for dinner. Henry and Flora in the lounge made every interaction really pleasant, and their professionalism shone through. The lounge ladies did their best to speak some English, and looked after us really well, and the quality of alcohol and food was excellent. The lounge was virtually empty most of the time, but the spread was still extensive, and it really all added up to a top class experience. Little did the lounge and hotel staff know but we have stayed in a great deal of Exec lounge rooms now in the last few years of being stuck in China, and this one came out near the top, and definitely beat the high end Marriott hotels that we have been spending a lot of time in. Even the Hotel manager came to speak to us personally and check on our stay. The Fairmont was true quality service, which is surprisingly rare to get in China, and they should be on everyone's shortlist who wants a touch of class in Nanjing.
