The location was on the west side of town but very conveniently located next to a mall with children’s fairground rides outside, so the children loved it. Not the best experience… the day we were set to leave, there was no hot water available on our floor. We had to call front desk about 6 times before they let us shower in a different room. No apologies we’re given, and staff seemed nonchalant about the inconvenience. I understand that some issues may come up, but it would’ve been nice if some urgency was given toward those who were inconvenienced on the floor (or even a notice to let us know the hot water isn’t working).

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its staff were amazing, they were friendly, efficient and went extra miles in providing the best service. They were accommodating and always met our requests and expectations. Otherwise, the hotel has very high standards in its room and other facilities. Its proximity to shops and restaurants and indeed all other conveniences such as banks and metro made it a true top choice in any sense.
