After being bitten by mosquitoes and waking up in the middle of the night, I asked the front desk if they could get an extra heater. The answer was that it would not work. I was bitten again and woke up at 2:30 in the morning. I had to ask them for 2 more mosquito coils. Fortunately, Ctrip came forward to negotiate the next day, and the hotel agreed to provide another heater. 3. In ordinary hotels, if you lose your room card or lock it in the room, they will make another one for you. In this hotel, they will not give you a new one. Instead, after you tell the front desk, the front desk will coordinate with a security guard. Help you clean the elevator and wait there when you get to your floor. They will send another attendant to open the door for you. If you are unlucky and happen to meet them taking over, just wait for a while. 4. One thing I like is that they provide plastic slippers in the room. This is very convenient. Finally, let me tell you my opinion. The waiters are enthusiastic, but the key is that there is a problem with the hotel management. This results in a poor guest experience.

The hotel and room rate didn't match. The directions weren't clear (we went to the wrong breakfast restaurant). The downside was the inconvenient parking, which took ages to find.
