Zsmart Hotels in Nanjing

This stay was great! This is a hotel that opened last year. The facilities are very new and clean. There are not many hotels with similar cost-effectiveness in Nanjing. It was really beyond my expectation. The service attitude was also super good. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thoughtful details of the guest room, it made people feel warm. The guest room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and even the small refrigerator was stocked with free drinks. I especially thank the staff for helping to plan the travel route and reminding me of the weather changes. It was as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. I will definitely come again next time!

Cleanliness: The room was immaculately cleaned, and the bed and everything were neatly made. It was pretty clean, anyway. (If I had to be bothered by a single flaw, there would be some stains on the wall and limescale on the shower head (👉👈)) Facilities: Everything was brand new and very functional. Service: The front desk lady was incredibly nice and attentive. She even arranged for us to stay on the same floor and pointed us to a delicious breakfast place! 🥰🥰 Environment: About a five-minute walk from the subway station. Across from the complex are many snack shops, and downstairs is an elementary school. Since it's a high floor, you're directly across from the overpass, but the windows are well-insulated and you can't hear anything. Sleep quality wasn't great. A common issue is the poor soundproofing of the walls. I could hear people arguing clearly, hahahaha. If you sleep well, you can completely ignore it. (The pictures were taken before leaving today, so they're a bit messy, but I guarantee they're authentic.)

Let me briefly talk about it. What I am quite satisfied with is: 1. The hotel is in a good location, not far from Xinjiekou. 2. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic. 3. Free breakfast is provided, which is also very convenient. Let me talk about the shortcomings: 1. The room layout is very outrageous. The bed and the TV are separated by a large distance, but the bathroom is very small. If you are taller, you may not be able to stretch your legs when going to the toilet. The washbasin for brushing teeth is right next to the bed, which is very inconvenient. 2. The facilities are not good. The bath towels that are replaced are all tattered, which is unimaginable.

The environment is good. There are a lot of breakfasts around. The facilities in the room are also very good. The service staff in the room are very warm and will clean in time. It is worth staying. I will come here to book a room next time on business trip.
