"We booked for six adults and two children, but only four sets of bedding were prepared. Later, they said the cleaning lady made a mistake and said the journey was too far, so we were told to make the beds ourselves, put in the sheets and pillows. They only said they were willing to refund 2,000 yen, but went back on their word when we checked out, saying they would only refund us if we received a good review. So far, they have not refunded anything. I am here on vacation, not to work. He is the most irresponsible landlord I have ever met."

"The pre-filled auto-check-in system via email has a problem. The 10-digit check-in form was designed, but by evening I discovered... even if it didn't have 10 digits, I had to fill it in completely before the auto-check-in key code would be automatically sent. Waiting for a real person to reply might take a whole day. It's a two-story wooden building with poor sound insulation. On the quiet country road at dusk, going up and down the stairs feels like it would disturb the neighbors. Luckily, no one lives next door. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, but no dishcloths are provided. The refrigerator is empty of sauces and oils. Costco is a 10-minute drive away."
