Jinjiu International Hotel Nanling

It was pretty good to stay here for four nights during the Chinese New Year. I had something to do when I came back this time, so I decided to continue staying here. There were no bedside tables on either side of the standard room. Last time there were, I called the front desk and asked, and the front desk said there was only one bedside table in the middle. In desperation, I had no choice but to charge my husband's mobile phone and put it on the floor. The child wanted to watch TV, but the TV remote control could not be used normally. Later, the customer service came and said that he had to face the desk to change the channel. Again, he was helpless. I was preparing to wash up in the evening, but the bathroom door didn't close tightly. It couldn't be opened two-thirds of the way. It couldn't be closed tightly, and I was helpless. When taking a bath, is the bathtub in this room designed for children? I can't even hold my feet up straight. The bathtub in the room I stayed in before was very big, but I was still helpless. In desperation, I hurriedly checked out early this morning. The key point is that the room rate at this time is more expensive than during the Chinese New Year. However, the stay here is hard to describe.

The front desk service really needs to be improved. I am a regular customer of this restaurant, but this time the service at the front desk really made me unbearable.

比較新的酒店，房間寬敞、早餐非常豐盛。 室內噪音非常嚴重，起先認為是空調聲音，遂關閉了空調，但還是有很大噪音致使久久不能入睡，清晨5點不到又被吵醒。經詢問前台，前台客服解釋是餐飲部分大設備噪音早餐造成，並理所當然的説這是沒辦法的。硬件設計的缺陷固然是一個原因，在酒店入住率非常低的情況下，前台完全可以給出遠離該噪音設備的情況下仍然給出多間最靠近噪音嚴重的房間，真不知道酒店是怎麼想的，或者是對特定國人員有嫌棄造成？希望酒店能夠反思。
