"There is a good selection of food at breakfast and there was sufficient seating. We also use the executive club on the 22nd floor. It was quite busy in the evenings during the happy hour as many are treating it as a dinner time. However, the ambience is good and good selection of beverages. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We were well served by May in the executive club and for our checkout. The hotel is walking distance to the subway station, convention exhibition centre, and the shopping mall."

"For a trip to Nanning with a budget of around 600 RMB, the Crowne Plaza is an unrivaled choice. My Check-in Experience: First and foremost, a heartfelt thank you to Manager Grace Wu for her warm assistance and attentive service during my stay. Arriving at 2 PM, your smiling service instantly melted away all the day's fatigue. Upon arrival, our room wasn't quite ready, so Manager Wu offered us drink vouchers and arranged for us to relax in the lounge. Unfortunately, the executive lounge on the 32nd floor was closed, and all executive benefits were temporarily relocated to the lobby bar on the 1st floor. The afternoon tea and happy hour there were quite disappointing, with very limited selection and mediocre taste. On a positive note, after checking into the room, we found no issues with its cleanliness, which is highly commendable! Suggestions Following My Stay: 1. The executive lounge on the 32nd floor should reopen as soon as possible, and the variety and quality of food and beverages for afternoon tea and happy hour should be significantly improved to truly enhance executive benefits. 2. I suggest strengthening staff training on courtesy and etiquette. Several staff members were observed not greeting guests and simply walking away with their heads down. 3. I recommend the hotel proactively contact guests booking executive rooms via phone to inquire about their specific check-in preferences and try their best to accommodate them. Finally, I'd like to once again express my gratitude to Manager Grace Wu for her exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. You truly are a shining example of hotel service. I hope you can continue to serve every customer with even greater attentiveness in the future, and I wish you a well-deserved promotion and salary increase soon! "When checking in, the lady took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The upgraded room is very spacious and I like it very much. The room has a bathtub. There is a disposable bath bag next to the bathtub. It is clean and hygienic. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, which is very good. The room design is also good. I am very satisfied with the sofa and coffee table for making tea. The room is equipped with Liubao tea, which tastes good. The tea tastes good, and the tea is fragrant and sweet. The room can also be connected to the mobile phone Bluetooth to play music on your mobile phone. The hotel's disposable supplies are also very good, of good quality and easy to use. The toiletries are also equipped with mouthwash, hair bands, and cotton swabs, which are very considerate. The hotel breakfast is also good. There is a buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. "The location is great from the airport only for the 30min trip . nearby have a big shopping mall Wanda with lots of restaurants and food.Hotel room is really clean and very thankful that they let me check in early about 9am as I land early. Hotel breakfast is so so ，recommend to eat some local breakfast outside is more worth it as per breakfast cost was RMB68 .overall experience is great for the hotel .my priority for the hotel was cleanness 👍 bed and toilet was clean with no smell . recommended hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it was excellent! The hotel is conveniently located downtown, with a metro station just 200 meters away. However, if you're driving, parking can be tricky and traffic often congested. For us non-drivers, it was incredibly convenient. The kids loved it too! Robots deliver takeout and collect dirty laundry, there's a welcome gift, plus kids' toothbrushes and slippers, which made traveling with children a breeze. My only suggestion would be to add child toilet seats. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Children had their own dining sets, and the noodles and fruit were delicious, as was the local yogurt. Overall, a well-deserved five-star rating!"

"1. **Location:** The hotel boasts an absolutely superb location, right in the very heart of Nanning city center. It's surrounded by numerous large shopping malls, vibrant night markets, and delicious food streets. The Sanjie Liangxiang scenic area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. Popular attractions like Qingxiu Mountain, the Guangxi Museum, Tingzi Wharf, and Liangxi Night Market are all easily accessible with a taxi ride costing only 10-15 RMB. 2. **Room Type & Price:** I received a complimentary upgrade to a Business Twin Room. I stayed for 3 nights in one room, and the total cost was 909 RMB. My stay was at the end of August. 3. **Breakfast Availability:** I didn't book a room that included breakfast, but I was given a 60 RMB voucher for 'Yihua Xuan'. Yihua Xuan is a local, well-established Chinese restaurant known for its dim sum (which can be enjoyed for breakfast/brunch) and lunch. It's located in a separate building within the hotel complex, and is a bit of a walk to get to. 4. **Dining & Shopping:** Stepping out of the hotel, you're immediately in the bustling Chaoyang commercial district. Department stores like Parkson and Nanning Department Store, along with Xingning Pedestrian Street, are all within reach – truly too many to mention! Whether you're looking for dining options, shopping, coffee, bubble tea, or convenience stores, you'll find them practically everywhere you look. 5. **Parking for Self-Drivers:** Both ground-level and underground parking are available. There were plenty of outdoor parking spaces too. **Special Stay Experiences:** 1. Throughout my stay, I had unlimited in-and-out privileges for my car, without needing to register at the front desk each time – this was incredibly convenient. 2. The complimentary Yihua Xuan voucher was very useful, and the dishes at the restaurant were delicious. 3. Nanning Hotel truly has the best location of any hotel I've ever stayed at. 4. All towels came in individual sealed packaging. While not disposable, it definitely gave an enhanced feeling of cleanliness and hygiene. 5. The room size was a bit on the smaller side; once two suitcases were opened, the space felt quite cramped. **Constructive Suggestions for the Hotel:** 1. The water pressure and temperature in the room could use some improvement. The pressure was a bit low, and the water temperature was unstable. Given Nanning's hot and humid summer weather, guests likely have high expectations for a comfortable shower experience. 2. For guests staying 3 nights or more, consider providing a few more Yihua Xuan vouchers. Limiting usage to one voucher per visit would be perfectly fine, and it would encourage guests to visit and spend more at the restaurant. 😀"

"Judging from the layout of the lobby, it should be a very old hotel, and the rooms should have been renovated. The location is good, the surrounding area is lively, and it's not too far to go anywhere. There are washing machines and dryers on each floor, but when I went to do laundry, the washing powder was out and no one replenished it. Breakfast is relatively simple, for example, there are slices of bread without butter and jam. The central air conditioner is seriously aging. If the wind speed cannot be turned up, it will look like a tractor. If the weather is not hot, the wind speed can be tolerated at a lower speed. Takeaway can be delivered to the door, which is very popular. Overall, it's pretty good and cost-effective."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I was particularly impressed by the young man and woman at the front desk yesterday; they were so charming and pleasant. If I needed anything, they said I just had to ask, and it would be sent right up to my room. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. My favorite was the coffee, and the *youtiao* (Chinese fried dough sticks) were exceptionally delicious, cut into small, bite-sized pieces, making them very easy to eat. The location was also very convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home!"
