非常好的房子。
【環境】
地理位置很好，吃飯可以在一個小型商場中山滙，晚上還有中山夜市。 觀光散步可以去三街兩巷，或者直接沿着邕江走走。
【房子本身】設施和裝修都比較新，設計也好看，絕佳江景更是棒呆。

這種是小區房子改成酒店住的，很難找，沒有前台，加微信的服務態度超級吊，還讓我們不要問這問那，自己看清楚找嫩笑**了，一點服務都沒有！！根本不適合幹服務，適合當老闆指揮員工！有一説一，位置在市中心，去哪裡都很方便，在53樓風景的確很不錯，對面是江，室內很整齊，但是灰塵很多，空調超級臟，吹完我們幾個就都咳嗽了，衞生間還有蟑螂。一次性浴巾還收費15塊一條，很會賺！牙刷很差勁，就刷一次就掉毛。沐浴露，洗髮水都是很大瓶倒出來的那種。我們在德天瀑布住的一次性浴巾隨便用，而且牙刷超級好用，牙膏是黑妹的。

入住周邊環境可以，去哪都方便;
洗手間衞生有待改善，剛進門可能是剛打掃完，兩個洗手間地上都有幾灘水在那，淋浴房玻璃門及花灑水垢比較厚，可惜我沒帶清潔劑，不然我可能都忍不住將它刷了～
另我老公的疏忽沒告訴我一次性毛巾是需要另收費，我誤以為是免費的就開來用了，還將剩下的帶回家了，回到家後聽老公説才知道要15元一包；
建議最好在商品上標明價格，這樣可以避免誤用；
管家回覆解決問題也很及時，空調滴水馬上就安排人來解決了～

一線江景，能看到無敵江景。停車可以先停商業那邊，可以拿到門禁卡後，往前開100m到業主地下停車場b2，一天才10多塊；報樓棟單元給保安就可以了

攜程訂民宿還是比去哪兒靠譜，這間房子不錯53樓，看景一絕，沒有什麼異味，旁邊吃的也多，下次還來住這個房東的民宿，建議一次性用品可以免費。
