Wanda Vista Nanning

The hotel is upscale, conveniently located with easy parking, right next to Wanda Plaza. My kids loved it. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The service response was very prompt. I'll try the breakfast next time I visit.

The cleanliness of the hotel room and the service were extremely unsatisfactory. On our first day, after my child showered, we found a comb left by the previous guest on the nightstand. The second night, upon returning to the hotel, I stepped on a nail from the carpet, and my child found a toy under the bed, also left by a previous guest. The bed was uneven, and my anger reached its peak. When showering, I noticed the drain still had hair in it that hadn't been cleaned. As I was packing up, I discovered that the cleaning staff had thrown away a bag I was using for storage. I can't even count how many complaint calls I've made over these two days. I am absolutely furious!

The hotel facilities are a bit old, and I didn't get to try the pool, but the room did have a separate walk-in closet. The breakfast was decent. The bed and desk in the room were too close together, making it easy to bump your legs.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Wanda Plaza, making check-in a breeze. Our concierge, Katie, proactively contacted us to arrange a fruit upgrade and a late checkout at 4 PM. She even helped us with buckwheat and latex pillows. The mattress was supportive and very comfortable. Being on the 20th floor, the views were fantastic. The family room was great, everyone had their own bed and slept really well. Plus, parking is free for guests. A perfect score! 💯

The location is amazing, right in the Qingxiu Wanda business district. The mall is just outside, offering a one-stop shop for food, drink, and entertainment. You don't have to go far to find something to eat, and it's a short taxi ride to Nanhu Lake and Nanning East Station, making getting around very convenient. The lobby decoration is stylish and perfect for photos. Check-in was quick, and the staff were responsive. We stayed in a twin room, which was spacious with excellent natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective – even when we chatted and laughed at night, it remained quiet and undisturbed. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub, perfect for soaking away the fatigue after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast had a wide selection, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Nanning's specialty Laoyou noodles. In our free time, my friends and I spent time at the heated pool and gym, which was a great experience. It's perfect for shopping, exploring, and sightseeing. For friends traveling together, the comfort and convenience here are both top-notch. When visiting Nanning, you can confidently choose this hotel.

The room was quite clean, and the hot water worked well. The TV was large, and there was a great selection for breakfast. The soundproofing was good, I didn't hear any noise from next door. It's also easy to get a taxi, and Qingxiu Mountain is very close by.

Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning.
