The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities overall were very good. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement. The men’s dry sauna requires some maintenance, and the overall cleanliness of the room could be enhanced. In particular, the washroom sealants showed mold, the ceiling had spider webs, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning.
I also recommend that front desk staff receive additional training in basic English communication, as this would significantly improve the guest experience for international visitors. Given the reputation of Crowne Plaza as a global brand, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and service is essential.
Despite these issues, I found the hotel to be a very pleasant place to stay, and I look forward to returning to Nanning and staying here again once these improvements are addressed.

酒店位於南寧CBD，停車以及充電都非常方便，樓下有蔚來充電站，隔壁商場有理想超充，都是全天統一價格。
我們帶小朋友出行，酒店非常貼心準備了小童牙刷和拖鞋，並且提前安裝了床圍擋。
早餐豐盛，選擇非常多，餐廳景觀視野也好。
總之是非常滿意的一次住宿！

這次入住的酒店，服務簡直讓人暖心到感動！Krystal服務超哈好，抵達時恰逢雨天，門僮撐着大傘快步迎上來，不僅幫提行李，還細心擦拭我們身上的雨水，瞬間驅散了雨天的狼狽。辦理入住時，前台察覺同行長者行動不便，主動升級了低樓層房間，還提前告知電梯位置，特別周到。進房後發現，客房阿姨竟根據我們入住時提到的 “喜歡軟枕頭”，額外多放了兩個羽絨枕，床頭櫃上還擺着手寫的歡迎卡片。
離店時匆忙落下了充電器，剛到車站就接到酒店電話，説已安排工作人員幫忙寄送。從細節到應急服務，每一處都體現着用心，這樣的酒店，下次來絕對還選它！

This hotel is in a very good location. Lots of restaurants malls around. Parkson is a great mall for food. Also Crowne plaza is very clean and the staff is friendly. They even let us check out late. And Krystal was very friendly and helped us a lot. Her English is very good.

酒店位於市中心，但是到南寧東站也就10分鐘車程，很方便，去廣西博物館坐地鐵衹要5個站就到，超方便。入住的是26樓，可以看到市區全景。酒店後面餐廳很多，晚餐宵夜都沒問題，隨便挑。

這是一家標準五星酒店皇冠假日
第一：56平米的房間嚴重縮水.同一個不倫不類的櫃子遮住建築的承重結構.就是圖一紅色標註的，大概6平米之大，是算在入住面積的.本來就是三角形房間，再加上這個不倫不類的櫃子，整體房間不是一般的彆扭
第二：三角畸形房間設計完全沒有顧及客人感受，那個中央空調直吹客人頭部，我女兒昨天就開始流鼻涕.圖二紅色標出來的就是中央空調出風口，完完全全的對着睡覺人的頭部吹風.
第三：窗簾縫隙如此之大，早上7點前就已經如此明亮.無法接着入睡，圖三為窗簾縫隙，圖四為我睡覺的位置，那叫一個刺眼
第四：這牀頭櫃已經這個成色了，你們居然繼續使用.圖五六七八九，自己看吧
第五：冰箱距離床頭70釐米，嗡嗡響.圖10紅色圈圈就是冰箱
第六：淋浴房洗完澡，浴室和衞生間到處是水.
第七：不知道哪位鬼才設計的這個房型，並且房間和隔壁的出入相互打擾.
總結：2860的兩晚，入住感覺和200塊錢的快捷酒店差不多，甚至在中央空調和牀頭櫃的表現還不如快捷酒店. 那麼多年入住酒店經驗告訴我，一家酒店管理層的不作為，會讓這家酒店在各方面都會呈現各種不職業的狀態.領導的無所謂，下面員工更會肆無忌憚.對於員工來説，是一個沒有要求的好領導，對於客人來説，那就是相當的不負責任.最後，攜程這個平台也是越來越差.對入駐商家也沒有任何約束力.
