Complimentary fruit: Great environment, excellent service, and a fantastic location.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. The air conditioning worked well, the toilet had good water pressure, and welcome fruit was provided. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious; the restaurant was luxuriously decorated. The front desk staff were very friendly. However, the water pressure from the faucets in the bathrooms of rooms on higher floors was a bit low and needs improvement.

The front desk reception was excellent; check-in was quick and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room. The in-room laundry service was convenient; if I needed to, I could leave a message for staff to dry my clothes and collect them back to my room. Excellent service indeed.
