The small flush button didn't work, the shower drain was slow, and there were no shower slippers. **Service**: Extremely poor. On the afternoon of the 12th, the tall male staff member wearing a vest who checked me in was cold and dismissive, acting like a typical state-owned enterprise employee who couldn't care less. Terrible experience, not recommended."

Being on the 80th floor, we could see clouds drifting past the windows – it was incredible! Below, there's Shimen Park with a Ferris wheel, which looks amazing at night. Plus, it's conveniently located next to Parkson and China Resources City."

"I think this is my seventh stay here, and the service is consistently top-notch. The wontons at breakfast have wonderfully fresh meat, and the coffee is nice and strong. The hotel gym is very quiet and not open to the public, which is great for a peaceful yoga session or any other workout. What I love most about this hotel is their late check-out policy. For example, if my flight is delayed until 5 PM, they can usually extend my check-out until 3 PM, saving me from waiting around for hours at a chaotic airport. The view from the window is even more beautiful on a rainy day, with glimpses of the distant river, Qingxiu Mountain, and a dazzling nightscape."

"Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning."

"My first impression upon entering was terrible. The young man at the front desk who initially started my check-in was quite polite and greeted me with a smile. However, before he could even begin, a woman took over. She didn't smile at all, and her first words were, "You don't have breakfast included." I told her the order clearly stated it did, and she immediately changed her tune, saying, "Then it does." I really don't understand what that was all about. As for the room, the bathroom was ridiculously small. After using the toilet, if you bend over even slightly to stand up, you'll hit the glass door."

"I found a hotel on the top-rated list that allowed me to use my points, so I decided to use up my 1000 points. Turns out, that was a mistake. First, the facilities are outdated, but for an older five-star hotel, that's somewhat forgivable. Second, the service attitude was really poor. When I booked, I didn't pay attention, and then I wanted to buy breakfast at the online price, but they said no, it's 88 per person if bought on the spot. They told me I'd have to cancel my online booking and either rebook with breakfast included or just buy breakfast at the hotel. I didn't bother to cancel because it was too much hassle. Their excuse was that their 500-600 RMB rooms were already very cheap, and they'd be losing money on online breakfast prices. Well, then why don't you raise your prices and see what your occupancy rate is? Plus, there was construction next door, making it inconvenient to get in and out. All I can say is, good five-star hotels have learned humility, after all, it's a service industry."

Taxi driver who took me to the hotel cannot drop me off at the nearby busy traffic. These are problems this franchise hotel face. Apart from that the hotel is very good especially the service team."
