Brother Xiaogan, the front desk customer service, guided us to check in and introduced the hotel’s breakfast 😉 (dining on the 51st floor) Genting’s breakfast is simply a beautiful view. great! The hotel has afternoon tea, laundry room, gym, and the hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool. In this hot summer, it is good to go for a swim and relax. The little brother also delayed check-out of the room until 14:00, so that he could wake up naturally. The hotel is very quiet, 15 minutes from the city and 15 minutes from the airport. If you want to catch a flight, you can choose directly. Great experience

房間非常滿意，新+乾淨+佈局不錯。但是check-in的時候搞了很久： 提前幾天就訂好房 已付款+已出訂單，但是到了前台就一直説找不到訂房訊息，給她看了訂單拍了照也重複説找不到。我訂的兩間雙床房，最後衹能給我兩間單床房（應該有升級房型）。因為當天開了15個小時的車 根本沒精力再在大晚上聯繫攜程。後來跟攜程反應據説是有中間商來訂的，中間商聯繫酒店説酒店説的和我的反饋不一致。 説我接受了大床房的安排就好像應該沒有問題一樣。但是當時晚上10點半，我反覆問就是沒有雙床房給我們，我衹能接受大床房，不然睡馬路？我沒住到我訂單的房間還是我的問題了？另外我們沒鬧矛盾 就是反映一下。好的客服是出了問題就及時解決問題，不應該在我出示憑證後一直跟我重複沒找到我的訂單好像很勉強才給我兩間單床房。如果中間商出了問題你們就去找中間商。
