From playing back to more than ten o'clock in the evening to the next day to check out, from time to time, power outage more than a dozen times, thinking about the middle of the night, so do not contact the front desk, who knows that the power outage is more dense the next morning, the room is close to the elevator, it is really noisy to come and go, did not inform the guests in advance, The next day, I was deducted two yuan in deposit. For unnecessary trouble, please explain the reason next time. There are many delicious foods near the hotel. This is good.

Having stayed at the All Seasons in Guilin, my family members unanimously agreed that this hotel has the best value for money, so I booked another All Seasons hotel in Nanning. Overall, it is very good. This hotel in Nanning has high floors and sunny views, but if you can add a washing machine and dryer, The number of clothes machines will be better, and there are already queues before the peak period in the evening. In addition, it would be better if you use a fully intelligent toilet like Guilin. Everything else is very good, and it is recommended to stay.

After mentioning it to the butler, the response was immediate, and they even offered complimentary breakfast. Because my itinerary was uncertain, I checked out. When I later found out I might be returning, the butler also provided the best available discounted rate, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely contact them again if I come back. 👍👍👍

MM764017****I came to Nanning for Hua Chenyu's concert and New Year's Eve, and I booked this hotel thinking it was close to Chaoyang Square. It exceeded my expectations – truly great value for money. On the day of check-in, the front desk even called to confirm my arrival time and upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated!
The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a nine-minute walk from Chaoyang Square, Pingxi Night Market is just a few hundred meters away, the subway station is about 300 meters, and Nanning Station is also only a few hundred meters away. It's incredibly convenient to get anywhere.
The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are very clean and bright, with excellent hygiene. The shower room is very thoughtfully designed; the rack for clothes and the laundry basket are right at the entrance, within arm's reach. The toilet is a smart, constant-temperature one, and having a heated toilet in winter made me not dread using the restroom as much.
Another small detail: all the hotel's bath towels and hand towels are sealed. Before, I was hesitant to use hotel towels for fear of them being unclean, but the towels here are sealed and need to be opened, which is super, super good.
The front desk service attitude was also great, and upon checking in, the room had snacks like milk and candy. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay. It's hard to find a hotel with such good value for money. Nanning is fun and has great food!

GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the cute little dragon-shaped room, which made me feel very girly. What is particularly good is the unobstructed view of the river, which instantly makes the fatigue from the long journey disappear. Such a lovely room shows the landlord's care and hope that the guests will feel at home. The clean and hygienic environment makes people feel embarrassed to make it dirty. The bath towels are soft and very absorbent. Personally, I think the only shortcoming is the owner's attentiveness. There are a few extra small ornaments, which makes it a bit confusing when putting things away. The mirrors are a bit small (bathroom and dressing mirrors) for a narcissistic selfie addict like me. How could I not take a photo in such a warm environment? The boss said to contact the guests in advance, but I didn’t know how to use the software, so I saw it later. I wish the boss who loves life a prosperous business.

I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry.
I am a returning guest.
First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031
Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003
During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway.
On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet.
On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage.
I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them.
During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected.
This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing.
This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

GGuest UserThis hotel needs an update. The triple/family room is actually a twin with an extra bed. As such this extra bed does not have conveniently located power points or USB ports that the other two beds have access to.
The elevators are placed on two ends of the A and B building, with the lobby being more closely and easily accessed via building A, whereas the building B access to the main lobby (and indeed anywhere, except the back carpark), requires going down stairs.
The property is advertised with a ”hello” icon as having experience with English speaking tourists, however, I found this to be inaccurate but the employees were patient and tolerated my half-assed Mandarin.
Dining options are all located in Fortune Tower located near the Building B elevators (requiring use of stairs). We opted to try the buffet breakfast. While there is variety, considering the quality of cooking, I find the price of the buffet high. The dim sum restaurant on the 4th floor is quite good, but may perhaps be deemed crude if you compare it to the finesse of some Hong Kong dim sum places. However, for the price/quality ratio, we found it quite good. At the time we visited, they offered a Zhuang tea free, but it was also offered at the buffet hall with even more topping options. There is also some sort of food court on level 2, but we didn't have time to check it out.
Even though it is near the hustle and bustle of big shopping malls, once you enter the vicinity of the hotel, the noise of the crowd melts away.
One is likely to turn right or go straight from the property to the shiny malls, but we found heading out to the street on the left via the back carpark was a bit more localised. Loads of mobile phone repair shops, a camping store, and eateries that cater more to locals.
A twenty minute walk takes you to the riverside. At 7pm, the lights on buildings and bridges come on. The park offers a pleasant wak, but not all the lights work and it can get quite dark.
The other streets eg 3 streets. 2 alleys, were too touristy for my liking. Did not even bother with Zhongshan.
The biggest plus is the property's location. I would only recommend Nanning Hotel for the convenience. If other factors are important to you, then you'd probably be better somewhere else.

The environment is split into two parts: the interior is excellent, but the exterior is a bit rough.
The B&B's location is super convenient; just downstairs, you're at Sanjie Liangxiang, making it easy to find food and explore creative cultural shops. Definitely recommend it. It's perfect for first-time visitors to Nanning. Plus, a short walk away, there's an old-brand Laoyoufen that's delicious too…

One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. What truly stood out was the in-room smart control system; from lighting to curtains, everything was at my fingertips, offering a very high-tech feel. The bathroom featured a clever wet/dry separation design, and the toiletries were of excellent quality, showing meticulous attention to detail.
In terms of dining, the hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western cuisine. There were freshly baked breads, freshly ground coffee, and local specialties, catering to diverse tastes. WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Location:
The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient.
Check-in & Service:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free.
Room:
The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided.
Facilities:
The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options.
Value for Money:
Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
