私人露天風呂，環境很好，房間很大。一泊二食，食物很好吃，安排了生日蛋糕慶生，蛋糕都非常好食。旅館館內設施比較少，附近比較偏僻。旅館有車接送，每小時一班車，需要預約，但我們入住當天，酒店確認了2:40pm 安排車接，可是他們遺忘了，我地已即時用trip.com 即時通話致電旅館，請他們來接，司機比預定時間約30分鐘到，然後要我們等到3:40pm才開車，足足在車站等了一個小時。旅館解釋只有一個司機，還送了一枝酒作道歉，但作為一個遊客浪費了一個小時在車站等車，時間真的賠償不了。10點要check out, 接送車11點開出，最後我們選擇的士離開，約3000日元到車站。除了車接送安排有點不便，整體都很滿意，員工都很有禮貌

温泉がゆっくりできてとても癒やされました。 ただ、送迎後の駅で部屋に貴重品全て入りのポシェットを忘れるアクシデントあり、その対応が、がっかりで2です。

今回もセット旅行の昼食で立ち寄り。従来と何ら変わることなく、京都流に表現すると「まぁ、こんなもんやろうなぁ」と云うところ。このニュアンスが理解出来ない他府県の方々には申し訳ないが・・・それしか表現の仕様がない。松茸尽くしとは云うものの、まったけの匂いなんて全然しないし・・・味も無いし。大体、香りを「食べる」ような食品の松茸を肉と一緒に煮る(すき焼き)こと自体がメニュー組成のミスのようなもの。量も少ないので仕方なくご飯のみ御代わりしたが、これが又、ふざけている、当初のマツタケ御飯じゃなくて御代わりからはただの白御飯、旅行社からいくら値切られているかと云ってももう少し何とかした方が料亭としての孤剣に係わりますよ・・・。それと一向に改善されてないのが、温泉のロッカー、いちいち小さなバッグまでフロントに預けて入浴なんて・・・面倒、財布一つと掲載とカメラ(コンパクトカメラ)しか入らないロッカーって？いい加減に設置し直ししたらどうか？旅行社の企画ミスでの長時間の滞在(作り置きの食事＋入浴で１２０分も)時間を過ごすのに退屈極まりない場所、何にも無い場所、売店も建物のスケールからは見劣りする商品内容と狭さ、テレビも無いロビー、一歩も外へ出られない・出ても何にも無いんだから・・・せめて内部くらいは・・・これは旅行社のミスですね、せいぜいこの食事内容だと計８０分でも時間余る。他の旅行社で近くの同程度の料亭で昼食、入浴の時には全員に無料？でタオル配っていたけど(旅費に入っていたのか否かは知らないが)・・・ここは２００円、バスタオル借りるだけで４００円・・・京都市内のぼったくり体質がここにまで延伸して来たか？

4月末の土日で利用。部屋タイプお任せのコースでした。部屋は和室で広々！消臭対応を事前にお願いしてたので、部屋の臭いは気になりませんでしたが、廊下に出ると、どこかの部屋の喫煙臭が漏れ漏れでした。このご時世なので、せめてフロア毎に禁煙喫煙分けても良いのでは。。。 料理は可もなく不可もなく、出汁系の味は美味しかったです。全体的なボリュームは物足りないかな。 お風呂は個人的には湯温も快適で良かったです。 ここからは特に悪い点。 まず、大浴場の脱衣カゴ棚の最上段がホコリまみれ。荷物を置きたくなる高さなのですが、置く直前で気付きました。完全に目線の高さなので、そこは気をつけてほしいです。 次に氷が有料。宿で氷を貰うのに有料は初めてでした。製氷機ぐらいは置いてほしいなと。 次が部屋のエアコン。Highとかlowとかの切り替えしかできないタイプでしたが、館内全体の元設定で暖房冷房が決まっているらしく、泊まった時はまだ暖房設定だったため、風呂上がりに部屋を冷やすことができず。。。老舗とはいえ、少し不便すぎますね。 人の対応は良かっただけに、設備的な面がもう少し良くなればと思うお宿でした。

営業時間は11:00〜20:00で、大人料金１，０００円ですが、LINEでお友達登録すると500円と半額になりました。フロントの方にバス停を訪ねると、「16:00に送迎バスがあるので、ご乗車下さい。」と言われ、とても親切です。温泉の泉質は、単純弱放射能温泉です。無色透明で、神経痛や筋肉痛、関節痛、五十肩、冷え性、疲労回復などに効果が期待できます。また、慢性消化器病、皮膚病、婦人病、動脈硬化症、痛風、高血圧症などにも効果があると言われています。また浴槽も綺麗でした。

宿泊利用ではなく、セット旅行の「昼食」と「温泉入浴」場所としての利用です。コロナ禍でもあり、観光バスも我々の１台のみで、空いていた。温泉大浴場は単に広いと云うだけで、清潔さは感じたが・・・これも「普通」程度のものでした。バスタオルは４００円も支払わないと貸与してくれないし、貴重品ロッカーはごく小さなもので女性ならバッグ毎入れることは出来ない程度のものだし、盗難リスクに対するセキュリティは「最低」クラス。我々は食事会場に靴を置いてスリッパでの温泉入浴なので良かったが、靴を履いて行くとまたまたロッカー代が１００円、しかも手指消毒はうるさく云うもののスリッパに「個人識別」札とかを添付する訳でもなく、極めて杜撰、こんなに空いているからいいものの、混んでたら誰のスリッパか判別出来ない、頭隠して尻隠さずの見本みたいな感染対策の場所。これで料理がダメなら当然✖５で〇等一つも付かないのだが、料理だけは期待値よりも遥かに「良かった」。但し、配膳とかに対する気配りは全くダメ、常に「奥の座席」から配るから最初に座った私達は一番後回し、しかも我々は食べるのが早い男性、手持無沙汰、口無沙汰、待ってる時間が長い、こう云うことも臨機応変に対応する能力が職員に無い、３０数名だから一斉に出せ、とは云わない、が、もう少し段取りと周囲の様子を観察して対応する能力は職員としては有していて当然なのに。ご飯の御代わり等の聞き取りも極めて鈍感、見て廻っていれば誰が早く終わっているかが解りそうなものなのに・・・相変わらず、金になるアルコール類の注文取りには熱心、これはどこの料理屋でも一緒だが・・・飲むのはほんの数人程度、金儲けばかりに精出さなくても後回しにしても良い程度の人数、そんなに稼ぎたいのか？そばで値段聞いていても真に「ぼったくり」価格。本心は〇１つ程度の評価なのだが、料理内容だけは品数、味、量共に良かったので、かろうじと〇３の普通の評価。
