Hotels near Centre d'Accueil Universel - Nantes, Nantes

Our stay was more than just wonderful! First off, the hotel staff are very nice, especially the humorous and handsome gentleman with glasses who led us to our room! We would like to tell you - Nantes won! And my boyfriend wanted to tell you - what a NICE WATCH you got! And, thank you for your warm welcome and strong work ethics. Way to go! Secondly, the room was clean and tidy and everything was where they should be haha - each bottle of water on each bedside table, trash bin under the sink, towel near the shower, even the hand wash. They use Rituals, liquid hand wash, not soap. Can you imagine? Class, classy! We have travelled everywhere and most hotels use soap, with no soap case, so the soap always makes a mess in the sink. Thirdly, they have a vending machine in the lobby where we can buy bottled water. Lovely! In general, perfecto!

Had only one night staying here with my girlfriend. Very high-standard hotel, friendly staff with a great introduction of the hotel. The decoration style of the room is tidy and comfortable with a large room size. Breakfast buffet is worthy as well. Highly recommend and definitely will come again for the next Paris trip.

What a gem of a hotel. Came here during winter, so the room is not too hot with the window open even though the room comes with a radiator. Checking in is further up ahead at the main hotel, no wait as the room I book was unoccupied so I caliuld go in earlier. The room is very clean, especially the private bathroom that is attached to the room. Towels are provided as well. It's right off the main avenue, with tram station and even a Monoprix right opposite the hotel.

Excellent stay — clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and very good breakfast. Genuinely helpful and friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartment was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient near the city center and main attractions, super markets and a few restaurants. Simple hotel, rooms elevator and a little breakfast area. Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. There is always the grumpy less friendly one that reminds you are still in france.

Very convenient near the train station. Welcoming staff. The hotel has no particular charm, but it's clean and well-maintained.

Very good location next to the city center. Room are clean and the team really nice and helpful. Will come back

It was a nice hotel with a good location, friendly staff and the rooms are great as there’s a kitchen with a fridge and cutlery but only down side is no AC or Fan so when there’s hot weather and no wind it very stuffy hard to sleep at night

Convenient for an overnight stay if you are travelling through Europe as the main coach station is a fifteen minute walk . It’s surrounded by building sites at this moment in time and it looks like they will be flats or offices . Comfortable clean room with bathroom and little kitchen area with sink ,microwave and cupboards with crockery etc
