SSupertravelpandaAt arrival we were welcomed by Anthony who helped us entering the street of the pedestrian zone and the parking lot. Fortunately there were still parking spaces , there are 10 in total, if available it is free. That’s a plus! What a service. He helped us check in show us around. When our safe has a technical failure he sorted a solution providing a new one. The hotel is in the middle of the centre 2 minutes from La Cigale. Good breakfast with self service nespresso coffee and the best madeleine. What disappointed me was the inappropriate frugality of the amenities. Why one bottle of 500 ml mineral water while we are with 2 persons? How much does this cost? And used Rituals toiletries from previous guests? Seriously in a 4 star hotel. When questioning they came with 2 new mini bottles but in the end give me one new bottle to replace the half used one. Why so stingy? When informing it was because of sustainability and to prevent waste. A good cause but why bothering using mini toiletries at all and not change to use only large bottles of refillables? It feels a bit half-hearted and unable to choose between customer service and thriftiness.

GGuest UserStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

VVikaViktoriiaThis is a large hostel with rooms for two or three (separate). The decor is standard, nothing special at all, just walls, just a bed. There is nothing extra in the room and there is little in general (for example, we had one chair in a three-bed room). But the common areas are well thought out, which is good - coworking, kitchen, terrace, bar area, restaurant with good and inexpensive breakfasts and lunches. I was very pleased that there is a shower in the room, and also that the room has a kind of hallway - both convenient and soundproof. You can easily walk to the center in about 15 minutes, the train station is only 7 minutes away. In short, I recommend it. You should not expect the level of the Hilton and Ibis, but as a comfortable clean place for a short visit - an excellent option for reasonable money.

Aashleigh mairsVery clean large comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Staff were very helpful. Pool and sauna was quiet and clean. Breakfast options were limited for the price but we still managed to eat well. The tram stop is about a 3 minute walk away, making the whole city very easily accessible. Early morning taxi to the airport cost €30, train station €12 by taxi.

Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).

There was an incident at 4h-' in the morning where we were woken up with a very loud sound of alarm due to a false manoeuvre by the staff that made our sleeping a nightmare.
No real excuse from any of the staff the next day.
