I checked in on a Saturday, and due to the hotel’s cleaning schedule, the six windows in my room were only cleaned on Monday. As a result, even though I stayed for a full week, the windows remained uncleaned until the following week. When the cleaning lady finally cleaned them, she did an excellent job, and I appreciate her effort.
However, this was a simple issue that could have been resolved much earlier. The hotel declined to address it when I raised the concern, turning what should have been a straightforward request into an unnecessary conflict. Considering that I stayed for two weeks, the windows were only cleaned when there were five days left, which affected the overall experience.
The room offers one of the best views in the city. Through the six large windows, you can see almost the entire Nantes skyline, including the castle and the church. With timely service, this could have been one of the strongest highlights of the stay.
The cleaning staff performed their duties well, but the front desk team could improve responsiveness and flexibility in handling small guest requests that directly impact comfort.
