Ibis Styles Nantes Centre Place Graslin

Excellent choice in Nantes. I can't find any fault with it. What I'd highlight most, and for good reason, is the breakfast and the friendliness, kindness, and professionalism of the three receptionists (one guy and two girls). I won't say more, it's a very good option. Thank you very much for the excellent stay I had. All three of them are charming. And of course, the room was phenomenal, exactly what you'd expect from the IBIS chain. I especially appreciated the air conditioning and that incredible bed.

Very good, though the hotel felt a bit slow. Also, be careful on the top floor if you try to use the stairs; they were blocked by cleaning supplies, which is a bit concerning for fire safety! They should review procedures with the cleaning staff. Otherwise, check-in was excellent, though they talked a bit too much – it would be better to get straight to the point to save time.

Decent quality for a decent price.

Very central and comfortable hotel. Breakfast included in the price. Unbeatable value for money for what it offers.

The staff's service was excellent, the location unbeatable, and the breakfast quite comprehensive and good. I would like to point out that the bathrooms in the rooms on the 4th floor are very small and uncomfortable.

Excellent value for money!

Very good hotel with good service.

Service was okay, but they didn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers.
