Overall, a good experience. The cancellation of the second night's stay was confirmed by the hotel on the Thursday morning before our arrival, but we haven't received a refund for that night to date. And no response from the hotel – disappointing!

This is a hotel I booked the same day in Nantes. It was conveniently located in the city center. There are other branches of the same hotel, so it might be a bit tricky to find if you're visiting for the first time. I had a bit of trouble getting in at the entrance (luckily, I was able to get in safely with the help of another guest who spoke French). I wish the hotel had been prepared for late check-ins. The breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. Best of all, they offered free luggage storage at other branches, which was a great feature. I would book here again if I ever return to Nantes.
