The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient near the city center and main attractions, super markets and a few restaurants. Simple hotel, rooms elevator and a little breakfast area. Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. There is always the grumpy less friendly one that reminds you are still in france.

Horrible experience.
When we arrived, it turned out that they did not have a room for us or other people, having booked almost two months in advance.
They sent us to a hotel much further from the center, which is where we wanted.
Thank the Belfort hotel for hosting us and for its hospitality. They did everything possible to make sure we were well.
I will not book through Trip again.

Went here for work, stayed for 5 days... Even if climate in the city was perfect, windy and sometimes a bit rainy, rooms temperature were a bit too warm; probably because of the carpet that was basically in everywhere. Nice breakfast with local products.

Nous avons dû annulé pour raison médicale et demander à déplacer la réservation.comme le permettait le site de réservation. Nous avons eu un refus catégorique sans possibilité de contacter le responsable de l'hôtel en directe. Prise en charge client nulle. Aucun effort pour proposer une solution. Dommage pour un hôtel indépendant....

Плюс .Маленький, уютный , чистый номер. Отличная ванная комната , душ с хорошим напором .отличное сочетание цены и качества .чистые и в достатке полотенца . Приветливый персонал.удобное расположение . Тихо и в центре ( номер 14- окнами во двор- колодец) Минус . Не было чайника. Лучше бы доплатить , но попить чая.
