It was a good choice if you are going to Nantes for one or two nights. There is private parking which is a plus. The room is ok. There was no hair dryer nor soap but there is bath shampoo. Wifi is good. The staff was exceptional even though there is only one person.

A nice, clean, modernized 2 star hotel just a short walk downtown. The price was affordable and I used their garage which I had no trouble navigating into. The AC wasn't working as I think the windows didn't close properly (room 59), which probably explains why I thought it was loud outside. Minor inconveniences for all the advantages (price, location, cleanliness) that this hotel offered.

No one at reception. The code they gave me by text to open it didn't work and I had to call them. The room was being made up when I arrived at 2pm. The room smells bad. Wifi is not working right now. I didn't like it at all.

For the same price: go elsewhere!! The hotel's underground car park, although very convenient, is full of big grey rats. I thought I was having a nightmare when I arrived. The hall is old and smells like a cold ashtray and the corridors leading to the rooms smell very strongly of urine. It's particularly disgusting. The rooms are just OK in terms of hygiene. You can find hair, rust etc, the sink has no plug and reveals a gaping hole, no hair dryer, no garbage bag in the only small trash can, etc. The VMC is very noisy all day and all night and the flush leaks... The paint is peeling and the skirting boards are coming off, the curtain is all stained. Positive points however: the bedding is very good and the hotel is well located in the center. For 300€ for my two nights, it is clear that I will not come back and I will return to Ibis.

Breakfast is monothematic, not a variety of fresh fruit, not sausages, it was an ABC, bacon, scrambled eggs and very unappetizing sausages. There is dust in the rooms to stop a train, they don't clean bathrooms, hair that you leave hair that you find 🤔 in short, nothing recommendable. It's a shame because our experience with this chain so far has been good... I won't return. And by the way, since 10 00, the pica pica of the work do not stop until 18:00, a joy

Following my 2-night stay at the beginning of June 2022, at the B&B Hotel de Nantes Centre, I forgot my charger (AND I'M SURE I HAVE FORGOTTEN IT IN MY ROOM) The hotel, which I contacted afterwards, m said nothing was found after I came to my room. And no matter what, they weren't in the habit of returning lost items (even if the customer pays the shipping costs) This really pissed me off because it was a brand new charger... Besides, the sink had no stopper and had a gaping hole (same in my mother's room next door). The Ibis Budget hotels, in the same price category, are much better and much better in their relationship with the customer. On good terms...

Very welcoming, super friendly staff. The rooms are okay but a few items are missing (hair dryer, storage in the bathroom). Not enough space reserved for the hotel in the car park. The really extra breakfast, all you can eat and super good (fresh product…)
