Mercure Properties in Nantes

I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough, although the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could be and would be bad for couples. Overall I was disappointed by the experience.

An exceptional stay! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and decorated with care. The staff is warm and attentive. Upgrade and decoration for my birthday. Every detail is thought out to make the stay perfect. We will come back without hesitation. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

There are everything in the room, very clean and tidy. Breakfast is good, The location of the parking lot is difficult to find, especially the first time, it is not easy to find, but the front desk clerk is very patient, gave the navigation address, and the exit guide route diagram, but for foreigners, the first time is really difficult to find.
