Hotel Youfei Grand has always been a landmark building along Nantong's Haohe River, right next to a 5A-rated scenic area and just a short walk from the South Street commercial district. I had the pleasure of staying there this time. Although the hotel has been built for many years, the room facilities are still good and not outdated. The service was particularly excellent; they brought small snacks in the evening, and when a staff member came to help with the TV, they also brought two bottles of water. Upon check-out, I even received a small gift. Oh, and when I checked in, the front desk upgraded me to a river view room for free, offering a close-up view of the Haohe River. In a bustling downtown area where every inch is precious, the hotel boasts ample outdoor space and very convenient free parking. Booked Yufei again. It's a classic brand, and the hotel's location is excellent. The bed in the room is very comfortable. A walk along Haohe River at night is especially pleasant this season. Staying at Yufei never disappoints.

This was my first time in Nantong, and I'm so glad I chose the Youfei Hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful Haohe River. It's also super convenient for getting around; Nantong Museum is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Bell and Drum Towers are also within walking distance. Getting to Langshan is easy too. Being an established star-rated hotel, it felt very reliable. The breakfast was a great mix of Chinese and Western options. I'll definitely stay at the Youfei again on my next visit.

This was my second stay at the Ofay Grand Hotel. Before booking this time, I compared several other hotels, but ultimately decided to return to Ofay. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. The Hao River view room was incredibly spacious and offered a fantastic experience. It was very quiet at night with great soundproofing. The bathroom, often a concern, was spotless and reassuringly clean. They even offer a lovely dessert in the evenings, which is a thoughtful touch. Hotel reception staff and the front desk manager were very helpful, very proffesional and friendly in their services thru out my stay. Excellent services and enjoyed my stay. Hotel location is at centre of city shopping area within brisk walking distance. Will recommend to other travellers who vist Nantong.

The air conditioning in our room was not working due to scheduled system maintenance from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. ( this was told by room services , I don’t believe that)We went out for dinner and returned to the hotel around 8:00 PM, only to find the room temperature at 27°C. After a 10-minute inspection, we were finally offered a room change. This level of service was unprofessional. I would kindly suggest that you conduct regular checks and maintenance on room facilities to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you.
