Location is perfect on the lake. Hotel is spectacular and service is impeccable. Food is awesome.

Really amazing service from the service team here. A special shout out to Miss 小董 for her good customer service, following up on the stay experience even though she isn't on duty.

This particular hotel is fairly new and it is built on the lake, which makes for a beautiful view from the room. There are food options close by as well as son was in the hotel. the swimming pool is very nice. the hotel. Staff are always very polite professional and happy to serve. It’s not our first time coming here and it certainly won’t be our last. Hands down the best hotel in Nantong!

Everything is good as Merritt is a branded hotel in the world! The one in Nantong keeps the quality! The breakfast is good & the staff is friendly especially Yola in the front desk is especially enthusiastic! Promise to stay in this hotel when I come again to Nantong!

The room is quite big, with a beautiful lake view by the window. The bathroom can be separated by sliding doors, and the space is also large. I like the dressing table that extends from the washbasin the most, and there is a stool, which is very convenient. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor was visited twice, and the children loved it. It was very comfortable to stroll around the lake in the hotel early in the morning The breakfast was quite rich

Facilities: It is a five-star hotel that has only been open for two years. I didn't expect the facilities to be so poor. The toilet flushing sound is super loud. The air conditioner sounds like a tractor, so I had to turn it off to sleep. Because I said there were no rooms available that day when I checked in, I didn't negotiate with the hotel again. I don't know if there was a problem with my room or if it was the same here. The sound insulation of the floor is poor. In the middle of the night, the children upstairs kept jumping and woke us up. Halo Hygiene: The room hygiene is satisfactory. But for the hygiene of the swimming pool locker room, I really can't give it five stars. There is a smell of urine when I enter the shower room. I didn't expect the cleaning to be so inadequate! Environment: The hotel faces Zilang Lake, and the green plants are also very lush. The surrounding environment is really first-class 👍Nantong Convention and Exhibition Center, Nantong Grand Theater, and Nantong Art Museum are all on the side. Service: I must praise the sweet and patient Xiao Dong sister at the front desk. The service is very enthusiastic. Thank you Laura for upgrading the room to a lake view room and providing breakfast. Unfortunately, I couldn't get up in the morning and didn't eat. The service was excellent. I will come again next time I return to Nantong.

The rooms are luxurious and innovative in design. The fitness equipment in the gym is very high-end (highly recommended to try the stair climbing machine). The swimming pool design is very fashionable and the water is very clean. The front desk service was very polite. Afternoon tea was exquisite. The only drawback is that there are few breakfast dishes, which is not worthy of the standard of the hotel.

There is a park outside the hotel. It is very comfortable for a family to have dinner and walk around the park. The room I booked was given a set of Jiangnan food. The set included a lot of things and I couldn't finish them! The room was upgraded for free! The hotel manager was very enthusiastic and the service was very good. I will stay here again in the future
