The room was clean and tidy. I especially want to commend Amy for her excellent service, from booking the room to checking in, the experience was fantastic. When we couldn't find a parking spot upon arrival, Amy immediately came out of the hotel to guide us. She was friendly and incredibly warm-hearted. In the morning, when I came down to iron my clothes, she immediately helped me add water to the steamer. These small details really showed her genuine enthusiasm for service. She was very thoughtful, and I will definitely come back again.

The hotel lobby feels very welcoming, and the postcard designs everywhere show great attention to detail. There's a supermarket nearby, and the night market stalls are quite lively in the evening. I've stayed here multiple times; it's always my go-to when visiting the textile city.

When checking out, they even gave me a sachet filled with their own custom blend, which had a lovely, fresh scent. The lobby also had beautiful flowers. The location is great, and there's a real sense of community here – everyone is so friendly. They saw I had a lot of luggage and proactively helped me bring it to my room, which was also bright and comfortable!

The hotel front desk arranged a room in the middle, considering my needs, and even provided two types of pillows. They were really accommodating and enthusiastic. The room facilities are all from well-known brands, which is great!
