Jinshi International Apartment

As a local, I rarely give bad reviews unless absolutely necessary, but this time I have to, and I'll be objectively stating a few points, with key information highlighted in slashes: 1. First and foremost, hygiene. The inside of the toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly, and there were many brownish-yellow stains on the wall near the toilet—are they fecal matter or something else?! Because of the potential for infection, I dared not use the toilet at all! Also, the carpet was extremely dirty, to the point that I didn't even dare wear disposable slippers. 2. The decor is extremely outdated. The wallpaper and paint are severely peeling and warped. The European style is unsuitable for an apartment because the cleaning is simply inadequate. 3. The check-in process was complicated. I waited a long time in the lobby before someone came to deliver the power card, and their attitude was poor. Note: The rather upscale lobby picture is not of the apartment lobby; it's just on the first floor of that building. 4. The floor and the area around the bedside table were extremely dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. 5. After this negative review is published, the apartment hotel may try to deflect blame by using tactics such as "shifting the focus" or "downplaying the severity" to excuse certain points. I will not accept such responses. My only goal is to prevent others from making the same mistake. 6. Please be extremely careful! Hotel apartments in Jinshi are non-refundable after booking! This is extremely inconvenient! Furthermore, the parking lot is a paid parking lot. This point is not to criticize the hotel, but simply to remind consumers! 7. Note: Travelers, please do not stay here! Do not stay here! Do not stay here! The hygiene is substandard! Even feces are not properly cleaned!

Located in Nantong New District, it boasts convenient transportation, with the "Library" subway station right outside. A commercial street is also nearby, adding to the convenience. I booked an apartment, which is different from the Jinshi Hotel in the same building, but since it was just for marathon running, I wasn't too picky. For the marathon, the room facilities were definitely worth the price! 😛

The room facilities were rather old and there was a lot of dust, but of course, the price was cheap, so it was acceptable if you weren't too demanding about the environment. The room was quite large, but the shower facilities weren't very good.

It was OK! Some facilities were broken and could not be used. The windows were either locked or broken and could not be closed... There was no sound insulation and a sense of oppression.

Exceeded expectations, super satisfied!

I like the European-style decoration. The room is clean and tidy. I also upgraded the room type for free. The night view outside the large French window is beautiful.
