Nantong Sendi Tribe Treehouse

Wang Shuhui, the shuttle driver for the hotel, was really fierce. My impression immediately soured. Haven't they been trained? Also, staying at Mangrove Bay, a shuttle bus is needed to get around. It can't stop at designated spots, and you have to buy extra shuttle tickets or rent a park electric car, which feels a bit inconvenient. The hotel room had a very strong smell, unclear if it was paint or mold. The bathroom also had a strong odor. The exhaust fan couldn't be turned off the entire time, and even with it on, the smell persisted. I suggest finding the source of the odor. Furthermore, the zoo's mini-train was a rip-off. There were hardly any animals along the route; I'm not sure what we were even looking at. I recommend avoiding it. The animal feeding areas had too much litter, and the water in the animal enclosures was polluted and green. Shouldn't that be cleaned up as well?! On the other hand, the animal keepers at the hotel's zoo were good and had a great rapport with the animals.

We spent two hours driving through the safari park, but couldn't feed the animals any of the food we brought because it was too crowded and the animals were already full. We had a lot of food leftover. The treehouse in the Western section was a pleasant surprise and, in my opinion, the most worthwhile part. We fed giraffes from the balcony, and in the morning, as soon as we opened the window, a giraffe was strolling right outside our door. The experience was fantastic! There were also camels and zebras, all very gentle. If you had food in your hand and called out, they'd come running. This area also had fewer people, was very quiet, and even the restaurant here was better than the one by the lobby.

The rooms were very clean, and all the staff were incredibly nice. We visited Hongshulin Bay during the October 1st holiday, and our child had a great time for four days. You absolutely must stay at a Dream Island series hotel; the exclusive animal interaction activities are a favorite among kids, and they're all safely located within the accommodation area. Staying at the hotel is perfect for kids to visit the zoo multiple times – they can rest when they're tired and go see or feed animals when they're energetic. The super cost-effective vegetable and apple food packs let the kids feed the animals until their arms are sore. If you want to walk around the zoo, you can, and renting one of the park's electric carts is also very convenient. We will definitely visit again.

This hotel is perfect for families with children under 12! No child can resist the allure of small animals, and the hands-on feeding and close-up interactions were so much fun! My only regret is that when I booked, I didn't realize the West Wing Garden View Treehouse isn't the one where you can directly interact with giraffes (that's the West Wing Tribal Treehouse). A bit disappointing. Next time, I'll definitely try the Red Mangrove Bay's animal wake-up service.

We took our baby to experience a treehouse stay. Although they call it a 'treehouse,' it's actually a cluster of small wooden cabins right next to a ranch. Honestly, the room felt a bit ordinary. The loft in the cabin was a bit small and cramped because of the triangular roof. If it had been designed with a more traditional roof, it would have felt more spacious. It seems like a design oversight from the beginning. Everything else was fine, though. They even had a small toilet seat for the baby, which was a nice touch. In the mornings, opening the window on the balcony meant seeing lots of little animals, and the baby was absolutely thrilled! That's definitely the biggest benefit of staying in a 'treehouse' – getting up close with giraffes, camels, and zebras. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two children. Overall, it was pretty good. You can also feed the deer at the breakfast buffet, and they are so cute, gentle, and friendly – very approachable! All in all, it's a fantastic family-friendly hotel! Oh, and the service attitude was truly excellent. On the day we checked in, our baby wasn't feeling well and threw up all over the lobby. The staff kept reassuring us, saying 'no worries, no worries,' and that they would call someone to clean it up. They were incredibly understanding of the baby's situation, without any blame or impatience. We're very grateful!

We stayed at the Sundy Tribe Treehouse. The little red panda, Meiqiu, was very quiet, and the other small animals here were adorable, although they had small appetites. We had to go all the way to the west district to finish feeding them with the feeding pack we bought at the station. The hotel shuttle was very convenient, and the staff were responsible and quick to respond to our needs. The facilities for children in the room were very practical. Our whole family had a wonderful time, and we'll definitely come back again.

The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff processed check-in quickly and were friendly. The location is convenient, making travel easy. The treehouse experience exceeded expectations and offered great value for money. I would choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Aside from the front desk staff, who were a bit unhelpful, all the other service personnel were quite warm and friendly. The treehouse room on the ground floor felt a bit dirty, especially after heavy rain on the second day of our stay. Water leaked in through the door cracks all night, and there was standing water on the floor. The room also had a musty smell, and the bathroom had a noticeable odor. Upon check-in, we were informed that the two adults and one child package only applied if the child was under 140cm, otherwise, we'd have to pay extra to upgrade to an adult ticket. The room rate during the holiday was quite expensive, making it very poor value for money. Overall, my experience was just mediocre.

New district, played again, the same experience, we will come back to Hongshuwang. The kids didn't want to leave after staying for four days. All the staff were very enthusiastic and the rooms were clean. You can interact and play with all sorts of small animals. We love it so much! 😍
