The service was great. They speak English which is helpful for foreigners. We were on the 51st so that means we had one of best views of the city. Breakfast buffet was amazing and recommended for everyone

Suddenly I felt that the facilities of the hotel were too old. The breakfast was as bad as that of an economy hotel. Look at the pictures of the chairs and placemats that guests sit on in the breakfast room. They are reluctant to replace them, which is a disgrace to the standards of a five-star hotel.

The Chinese food in the hotel is terrible. There is a lot of black chicken skin in the Kung Pao Chicken, and the side dish is peanuts. The vinegar and pepper jellyfish has no vinegar, pepper or seasoning, just a bowl of dried jellyfish. When we asked the waiter, he said that's it. He then poured a bowl of vinegar and asked us to mix it ourselves. It's hard to imagine that the food in a five-star hotel is so bad.

The aunt on the 29th floor was very nice. She greeted us when we met in the hallway and sent us fruit in the room, which was bananas and peaches. The peaches were very sweet. The doorman was also very attentive and reminded us of the details of the route and the elevator. The hotel decoration is old, and the room has a slight smell, which is the smell of an old hotel. The smell is not too fresh. The air conditioner is still noisy when sleeping at night. I stepped on a big thunder➡️I am really speechless about the service staff of Milan Western Restaurant. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 o'clock. I went downstairs to have breakfast at around 9:20. The seat I chose at the beginning was too cold due to the air conditioning. We had just eaten, so we decided to change seats to a warmer one near the window. As soon as we sat down, my friend had just finished eating and picked up his phone to check a message. The service staff reached out from behind and said, "The empty plate has been removed." My friend didn't say anything after finishing his meal because he had a small appetite, but my friend's unfinished cup of coffee was taken away... I checked my phone and it was 9:47. What happened next was even more outrageous. My child was sitting on my right, and the service staff reached out to remove the child's half cup of milk. The child hadn't finished the wontons in front of him, and he was still eating, and he hadn't finished the milk either. What kind of mentality did he have to remove it? I immediately asked him back, "Don't remove it if you haven't finished eating!" The staff put down the child's milk. I saw that it was almost ten o'clock. I hurriedly finished my plate and just stood up and didn't turn around to walk out of my seat. Bang! The lights in the restaurant were turned off! What's even more ridiculous is that when I turned around, I realized that only our area was closed... I can only say that there was no service at all. I am speechless. I will never go there again... Who wants to have breakfast so early in the morning and have to please others?

Every time guests come, they will book a room at the Grand Hotel. This time, the lady helped to upgrade the room for free and also sent fruit. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a shopping mall opposite, and buses and subways downstairs, so it is very convenient to travel.

The hotel is a bit old, the elevator is a bit winding, the transportation is convenient, it is also close to the Haohe River, the floor is super high, the view is OK, the breakfast is quite rich, there are many Japanese foods, quite unique...

I decided to choose Nantong Hotel on the second night in Nantong. I mainly wanted to overlook the appearance of Nantong's central city from a high floor. The hotel is in a good location, with Metro Line 1 at the gate. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the staff is very enthusiastic. After showing us the room and being satisfied, we decided to arrange the room on the 47th floor. It is clean and tidy, with a wide view, and welcome fruits are provided. I saw a beautiful sunrise the next morning. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western styles, and I also like miso soup. There is a Chinese restaurant on the 50+ floor of the hotel, with a good view, but unfortunately all are private rooms. However, there is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and the business is surprisingly good. We had two meals in a row at the "Big Island". The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are exquisite, the taste is authentic, and the price is affordable! As a star hotel, the Japanese restaurant is also an important part. I will choose Nantong Hotel next time I come to Nantong.
