Novotel Hotels in Nantong

This stay was such a great experience, the service was so thoughtful that I want to recommend it like crazy! I originally thought that a hotel was just a place to sleep, but this one is completely different! During my stay, a courier was taken away by mistake by the courier point. I thought it would be difficult to find it back, but the hotel kept in touch with the courier point and even went over to coordinate. Finally, they found it for me! This service attitude is as reliable as that of a friend! The room is also very comfortable, the bedding is clean, and I slept soundly. There are many types of breakfast, especially the freshly cooked noodles, and the auntie is very enthusiastic. The lady and brother at the front desk were very patient and had a great attitude. They would greet me with a smile every time they passed by. It really made me feel like home. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Nantong in the future. Not only is it cost-effective, but the service is really attentive! Highly recommended!

This Novotel was exceptional to stay in. It is clean, spacious with good food, and is well located. The team running this hotel are really accommodating. A special thanks to everyone on the front desk for being so helpful, especially to Candy who very kindly helped us use the laundry machines on more than one occasion - this was really excellent service. The hotel is set amongst the eco corridor park, and is also easy to get to from the Nantong metro line 1!
