The place is very clean, has a very nice lake view. The central air conditioner works perfectly. The equipement in the room are in good condition, new-like. The room has an electric kettle, hair dryer, fridge, bathtub, Japanese toilet (I love them), balcony table and chairs, drawer, Sofa, TV, etc. There is wifi in the room. The breakfast is ok. Not as diverse as I expected but fine. The breakfast location on the 8th floor has a geat view. Maybe addition of some cheese helps. Although it shows 3 star hotel, in my experience it gets 4.5 stars. I rank it above four star and even maybe 5 star. Summary: Great CP value. Very clean, kind staff, perfect location, nice view. A good deal.

You get a panoramic view of Sun Moon Lake, and it's also very convenient. There's a self-service laundry shop nearby. It was raining heavily during check-in, but thankfully the hotel provided umbrellas, which was a thoughtful touch.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, rooms were spacious and some rooms have balcony with direct view of the lake and port. Highly recommended.

The views are stunning, and the breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor offers fantastic scenery. The breakfast itself is also good. Even though I booked a street-view room, I could still see the lake because the hotel is so close to it. There are two downsides: the soundproofing is really poor. My own room's mini-fridge was incredibly loud, and even after I unplugged it, I could still hear the fridge from the next room. The hallway also gets very noisy at night when guests return. The restaurant recommended by the owner was nice, a bit pricey, but considering the location and views in a scenic area, it was worth it.

I'm 100% satisfied with the location here. You get an unobstructed view of the beautiful Sun Moon Lake, the cruise center is right nearby, and the cable car station is just a 10-minute walk at most. The cleanliness also gets a big thumbs up 👍. The breakfast is good too, with both Chinese and Western options. However, the mini-fridge and the automatic bidet in the room were just for show; they were broken and unusable. Also, the front desk staff seemed a bit aloof and wouldn't say an extra word to guests.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The parking was easy and the size of the rooms were great. The view was beautiful!

The hotel's location is excellent; you can see Sun Moon Lake right from your window, and the view is absolutely stunning. Plus, there's a snack street just downstairs, so it's incredibly convenient to grab a bite whenever you want. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is pretty average.

Location is excellent. Just at the main shopping street and opposite the dock for the boat ride. Ropeway is 15 mins walk away. The boardway was a nice walk. Room is big, comes smart tv. Breakfast was nice too. Buy tickets for attractions at hotel is cheaper.

Great location and good sized room. Didn’t get the lake view room but could still see the lake. If you arrive late in the day then driving to the hotel for check in is chaotic with people everywhere. The car park is 5 min walk so reccomend driving down to check in, dump suitcases and then drive up. Breakfast was great, lots of options buffet style and lake views.

The environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the garden outside is stunning. Managers Wu and Wang from housekeeping were very welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

The room and bathroom is huge omg! And the view outside of the room is great! Night market is simply just down the road, fuss free! If you intend to wash your clothes, there’s a laundromat nearby, super convenient!! I’d totally return someday again.

The room is spacious. Our room is facing the lake which is beautiful. The night market is just at the ground floor of the hotel which is very convenient but most of the shops didn't operate. So we have a very limited choice of food.
