The breakfast was delicious 😋, and you could choose to sit outside and enjoy the lake view.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and even helping us secure discounted tickets. The room was clean and offered a beautiful view. A highlight was the breakfast—simple yet delicious. To top it off, the host kindly arranged for staff to drop us off at the Shuishe main bus station. The family-friendly room felt very warm and cozy. The owner, an auntie, was lovely, explained everything well, and was very helpful. The king-sized bed offered a beautiful view of the lake. There's a balcony with a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The room was fully equipped with amenities. Most importantly, the breakfast was spectacular and incredibly delicious! I'll definitely be back to stay here again in the future.

The room was clean, and the lake view was stunning. There's a small balcony where you can enjoy the scenery while having breakfast. The bathroom also has a bathtub, which I really appreciate as I love to relax with a good soak.

Got to stay in a Hotel with a nice view of Sun Moon Lake at the same time affordable. The room is spacious and the balcony area wherein we are able to enjoy the view while sipping some coffee🍃😊

Amazing view of the lake. Convenient 15 minute walk from the drop off bus station. Spacious room with a balcony to relax. would thoroughly recommend.

Close to Shuishe pier. Good for those who want a quieter part of the lake. Shuishe dam is about 10min walk, with excellent views. Owner will pick up from the pier bus station when you arrive, and send you back upon check out. Just need to call and let them know. Only setback is food options are a bit far from the hotel.

The best views

the place is a cozy home with very friendly hosts. the room matches the pictures accurately. the breakfast provided is very delicious. the room is not very soundproof and the location is a bit far from the main bus station (Shuishe Pier) but other than that, the stay was very enjoyable. they even have a voucher for a discounted bicycle rental for a store nearby.

we stayed there one night and it was great. the business is family run and they were really friendly. we were able to park right next to the house and had a nice balcony with great views — the breakfast was also pretty good!

Not my first time to Sun Moon Lake. But my last time to this place. Do book the king room. We didnt realise and booked the queen. When we arrived and wanted to pay to upgrade, owner gave us a flat "we are fully booked." My room balcony faced the lake yes. Also faced a ton of trees so it wasnt a full view of the lake. No they were most certainly not full. There was a room available but they found it too troublesome. Do not lie to customers. Pillows are too soft. When I requested an extra pillow and explained, the owner was too lazy to walk 20 steps so she offered me the living room couch pillow UNDER HER BUTT ! How can anyone offer customers a butt pillow to sleep on, i will never understand. 😂 Path leading to bridge was wet and slippery from the rain. No issues for us. Lucky I did not bring my elderly parents this time round. No photos. I didn't bother. The only great thing was the bathtub. It was long and water pressure was fantastic. Will I return? Nope. I only booked here because my regular hotel was under reno.

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they took the time to share useful tips on exploring the area. A huge plus: they work with a nearby bike shop, so we got a discount of 100NTD per bike on rentals! Even better, we were allowed to park our bikes overnight at the B&B and return them the next day, which was super convenient. That said, there are a couple of things to note if you're a light sleeper. The B&B is right next to a road, so the sound of passing vehicles is quite noticeable, especially at night. The walls are also quite thin, and we could hear other guests chatting late into the night, which made it a bit hard to get a restful sleep.

I love this place. It is better than the picture. It locates next to the main road and at the same time next to the Lake. You can see the view. The staff are family and they are so welcome. They served the best breakfast I ever had with the stunning lake view.

Very good service provided by the hotel owners and they prepare very nice breakfast! Balcony has great view of the lake and nice sun rise!
