Beautiful view, overall acceptable hygiene, but I would say still a bit old

The breakfast area was too many flies.but the food are tasty and the hotel clerk’s are attentive and very kind. But the hotel customers service didn’t answer my message before i arrived in hotel becaut i want some arrangement for the birthday of my baby

Good stay for family room and the room is clean. We choose the hotel facing the lake which is awesome. Great early morning sunrise view and night view. We are lucky to have the full moon night view from our room during our stay. There is a small table at the balcony with chairs so that you can enjoy the scenery with boats riding.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a stay near Sun Moon Lake Port. The location was very convenient, and the breakfast was good as well. However, we were not very comfortable with the bathroom design, as the bathroom window facing the living room was transparent even though curtains were provided. The bathtub also felt unnecessary and inconvenient, especially since I had to carry my child into the bathtub for bathing. Other than that, the stay was pleasant overall.

Lake view - fantastic , varieties of food choice , easy to walk around.

Enjoy the sunrise with lake view room. The staff is nice. The bath room must be careful of being stumble and fell, especially the elder.

Conveniently located in Shuiehe town by Sun Moon Lake, with a good view of the pier from the lobby, the hotel has a lot to like. The cleanliness is passable but most furnitures and linen are a bit old e.g. taps have limescale, pillow cases are yellowish white, bathroom blind has stain spots. Breakfast are ********* flair plus salad and cereal. Quite good!

The view from our 9th floor family room was fantastic and exactly why I'd recommend this hotel. Location amazing, just a short walk from the bus station and on the main road of all the attractions including the boat to the other side of the lake. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful, breakfast was OK, although split across 2 floor layers so was not initially clear. We were charged extra for our 6 year old to eat here as the room was for 4 and we are 5, and the cost wasn't really worth that fee for what was offered. Room was a bit small, but that's the nature of the area I think, there is very little room around the lake, but with twin balconies, it didn't matter. The beds were way too stiff, it's not just for people that like firm mattresses, it's just poor quality, which was the only letdown of note in our stay.
