Popular Nantou 4-star Hotels

The hotel is located above the Sun Moon Lake. The view is fantastic. We booked one lake view room and one room facing the mountain. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is a bit old. The water pressure of the bathroom is very low, thus it took a long time to take a bath. The water pipe of the water basin is a bit long, it is easy to hurt your eyes if you were careless. The room lights are a bit dim while the sound of the air conditioning is quite noisy. Food varieties of breakfast is good but lack of staffs to refill the foods. You wouldn’t have much to eat if you come to breakfast lately say after 9.30am. The hotel has two car parking spaces. It is convenient and free of charge.

Breakfast time is only 7-9. We won’t replenish it just because someone took it. I stayed at another breakfast room in Cingjing before. It was also at 9 o’clock and we ran out of food at 8:30. The house price is cheap and the CP value is good. It is also close to Cingjing Farm

Because I booked a lake view room, I can enjoy the view of Sun Moon Lake from the room. There is also a terrace outside the room for people to enjoy the beautiful scenery outside. But apart from the scenery, the cleanliness of the towels provided in the room is really shocking. There is actually a moldy black spot on the big towel, which is 2cmx2cm in size, and no one dares to use it. In general, the lake view is already the biggest selling point of the hotel!

It's near Shuishe Pier. The nearby shops close early but it's very convenient when they open in the morning. The room is very big, even two people can sit in the hot spring without being crowded. There are also pudding jelly and tea making equipment, and the tea is quite delicious. The waiters are very friendly and helpful, and the environment is pretty good!

I am 1/25 staying in the double room on 606 and smelled a very strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered it. It was like the smell of smoke in KTV. Now, please ask the housekeeping staff to help deal with it. Because I have a one-year-old baby, I am very concerned about this problem. The housekeeping said that they have used the ozone machine. And said that they would take the ozone machine again, but the ozone machine could not be in it. I would like to ask us the time period we spent money to stay in, but people can't be in it. Then the baby wants to sleep at this time, so we don't know where to take the baby to sleep and then ask the room after an hour. The condition of the room. A male housekeeping attitude was very bad. You wait for half an hour before going in and seeing if there is any smell.” It really makes people feel very bad. We don't think it's the uncle who spends money, but just wants to There is a good sleeping environment and we are very polite to trouble housekeeping because we know that it is very hard to work during the Chinese New Year. I didn't expect it to be such a handling attitude. It is very disappointing.

Great location as the hotel is right in the center of the Ita Thao town where you can easily walk to the lake, pier, hiking/bike trail, and foodie places. Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help every step if asked. The high floor suite is sizable with fairly large jacuzzi tub and shower room. A private balcony provides a partial view to the lake. Free designated parking garage is a plus in a crowded town. The lake view however is partially blocked by some apartments in front but the hotel is still close to the water front. The hotel building, incl room, furnitures and decorations, does show some age and is about right to have its current star rating and price. We definitely enjoyed the stay.

Facing the high-floor room type of Sun Moon Lake, and there is a balcony, the view is very good, the room is spacious and comfortable to live in. Although Puli Town is located between the two popular tourist attractions of Qingjing and Sun Moon Lake, there are not many restaurants in the town, and there are fewer good restaurants. If you don't want to live in a homestay, Guanyue Boutique Hotel is a good choice. The hotel is located at the intersection of Xinyi Road and Xi'an Road, which leads to Interchange Road 6, on the outer ring road of Tai 14. It is very convenient to go to various scenic spots or Puli City. There are many parking spaces in the hotel's underground parking lot. The rooms are decorated in a gorgeous and stylish style, spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub in the bathroom and a small TV in front of the bathtub. In addition to general bottled water, there are 2 packs of small snacks and 2 bottles of bubble water in the refrigerator. The breakfast restaurant is next to the lobby on the first floor, and the Chinese and Western cuisine is very rich.

Visited sun moon lake and held a small bday party in the room. Spacious room for balloons! The room still has plenty spaces even with two of my 1.5m number balloons. Balcony is perfect for Instagram shots, better use flashlight or else the background is lighter than your face. When we visited in December, there weren't much rain so a part of the lake close to the hotel is just muddy and brown, so just adjust the camera angle and your picture will still look nice. Close to the harbour, convenience stores, and the souvenir street. It has a huge parking lot 3 min away from the hotel, rmb to bring an umbrella in case it pours mid way. Elevators large enough to fit in a family of five with suitcases. The staff was nice and check us in efficiently. Tea and snacks are provided, and rooms are clean. They locate my granny's room next to us - really appreciate this. Overall, 10 out of 10. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Taiwan. Btw I visited back in 2020/12 not 2021/12, trip advisor didn't provide me the option to choose 2020.

The hotel provides afternoon tea and free use of red wine drinks in the room. The reception staff kindly introduced the room facilities. For the first time I checked in, it was impressive. Although the service staff had a heavy workload, they answered our questions in an orderly manner. People are impressed. Although the hotel is a bit old, most of them leave a good impression. It is also a good place for taking pictures and relaxing. I like the terrace outside the room. It is a congratulatory place where you can chat with family and friends
