The hotel has a beautiful view. I got up early and took a walk in the hotel courtyard and saw the beautiful sunrise. Thanks to the lobby manager Hou Ning for upgrading the room type. I forgot to bring contact lens care solution and helped me find a solution. The problem was handled very quickly!

Facilities: The facilities are advanced and complete, the whole house is smart, there is also a laundry room and gym, the laundry room and dryer are very fast and convenient! Hygiene: The room is very new and there are no sanitary dead spots! They must be well maintained 👍The sandals and slippers used for bathing are all disinfected and packaged. Not many hotels can do this!  Environment: The decoration and design of the lobby and rooms are very high-end. The suites costing more than 400 yuan are so worth it! The breakfast room is decorated like a high-end Western restaurant! Service: The service of the aunt and the young lady in the restaurant is very good. The noodle cooking aunt took the initiative to ask me what I would like to eat and the young lady brought it to the table! The team is very professional! Come here often!

The location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!

At this price, this hotel is really cost-effective. The large area is very enjoyable. The facilities are also in place and it is very comfortable to stay. Highly recommended. There is a shopping mall below, which is super convenient for eating.

To help me catch the train, Mr. WANG Lei, the manager on duty, immediately loaded my luggage in his car and drove me to the train station. My 4-day stay ended in this surprising VIP service

Good location, convenient transportation, convenient to Wolong Park, understand history, learn history. The surrounding transportation is convenient, the hotel parking lot is large, suitable for self-driving travel, breakfast is OK.

酒店位置一般，街對面有個月季園，非常漂亮，很香。停車方便，二樓有個小小的健身房。地面是瓷磚的，很乾凈。乾濕分離各不妨礙，但是淋浴沒有頂噴。布草乾淨。早飯也不錯，炒菜味道很好，很喜歡油饃胡辣湯還有豆漿。不足之處就是空調聲音大，臨街的房型比較吵，對聲音敏感的不友好。

It was cold in Nanyang, but it was warmed by the hotel's service. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic, and the smiles on their faces made people feel very kind. The boats and cars along the way have eased a lot. When checking out, the front desk also patiently asked about the stay and what suggestions were made, and felt respected. 在小紅書上看到推薦這家酒店的很多，就來入住了，特別棒！乾淨衞生，設施很新，全屋智能，枕頭也特別舒服。前台服務特別好，帶了小朋友，給拿了小童拖鞋等，還送了小禮物。送的水有巴馬鉑泉還有喜茶還有一個果汁飲料都很有品質。 下次來南陽，還會來住的。

帶着長者孩子出行，在路上就收到升級的電話，很驚喜！天天有水果，酒店設計感十足，很時尚。升級親子房還有個唯一的露台，不過晚上不能開窗睡，外面排風管的聲音有點大，早上有油煙味，晚上還有蚊子光顧，酒店的早餐不錯，嚐了南陽的牛肉湯，下次可以再來。 衞生：不錯 環境：很時尚 服務：熱情細
