首先做為專業酒店人，進門無微笑，無招呼聲，辦理入住未指引電梯，未告知早餐時間地點，前台小姐姐愛理不理的，早上九點打電話到前台加借物，前台告知無人配送，需要自己到前台去拿，結果開門出去，卻看到大姐在打掃衞生，下去退房，前台就直接呼樓層，某房間客人退房，難道大姐不對客服務嗎？房間地巾是破的，應該早換了吧？總體來説，比不上其他維也納……

距離火車站開車 7 分鐘，位置還算方便，前台服務很一般，早餐品種很簡單，飯菜都是涼的，連明檔都沒有。房間洗漱用品都快空瓶了也沒有更新。毛巾已經破舊了。整體感覺很不好。
