No one told me that there was an one-hour late check-out fee, and all the hotels I stayed in didn't have this deduction.
I have been asked to clean my room since 09:00 in the morning. I have been disturbed, which seriously affected my rest. Please give me an explanation.

The window glass next to the door is broken and has been nailed with a piece of wood. Although it does not affect it, it would be better if we informed it when we checked in. The other two phones in the room cannot be dialed, and calls to the hotel front desk are never answered.
