This was the accommodation I chose for the wine tour, and the location was very convenient. The old house was remodeled to give it a nice atmosphere, and the room condition was really good. The breakfast prepared in the morning was like eating at a restaurant.

I have a very mixed impression of this hotel. On the one hand: a beautiful mansion with a small number of rooms, with a very interesting interior, real antiques, cozy, quiet, not far from the center of the town, with delicious breakfasts, the room is spacious. Two-room with two large beds. Large bathroom, which they tried to make modern. But on the other hand, it feels like they are doing the guests a little favor by letting them stay there at all. Firstly, I don’t understand why I took a room designed for four adults, but it turns out that it was only booked for two and I have to pay $50 per day for each additional person. What did I pay for? There were only three towels and we were not given any extra ones. The room was not cleaned because the maid came in once, for some reason got scared that there were no adults in the room (children aged 12 and 14), left and never came back. It turns out I only paid for extra breakfasts. Another strange thing: check-in is strictly from 3 to 6 PM. Three hours a day. Not much chance. There are questions about the bathroom. It's cold there. And if you stand in the shower for a long time, the lighting in the entire bathroom automatically turns off, and you'll be left in pitch darkness. Why was this invented? For whose convenience?

A lovely place with great staff and a huge breakfast included. Well located. Love the decor- lots of pretty swanky places to chill out. I had the BONZI room with king bed- the room was huge with fireplace, sitting area, chandelier in the bathroom!! My style!!

The room is nothing like they have on the pictures! There is NO space in the room other than for the bed. The ceiling is low above your head. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom. The bathroom is a joke. The floor is uneven, creaky. Everything is old. I have no idea why they are giving this joint a three and a half star rating. No more than 2 stars from me!

Great value B&B
Fun little house right near downtown Napa. Was within walking distance and had some spacious rooms. They are great at communicating with you about reservations. They will reach out to confirm a few days prior.
Host was amazing and the breakfast was well above expectations. Definitely not a continental, good few dishes that leave you full for the morning.
House is over 100 years old and you can hear people moving around, like any old house. Left window open and realized that it was a very traversed road. Loud car traffic until at least midnight, just use the AC if you’re hot.
Did not realize that the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet until the morning when leaving. Not sure if it was forgotten or if a mattress protector is the only bottom sheet.
Limited parking on property. Only 3 spots on side but ample street parking. Large vehicles beware, the driveway is narrow!

Our stay at Cedar Gables Inn was wonderful! Our room was comfortable and quiet! This Inn was a nice change from a typical corporate style hotel! Our hostess Karsten, was very nice and attentive! Highly recommend this place!
