They upgraded my room, which I didn’t expect. I did my check-in very late at night (around 23:00/11.00 PM) and they still welcomed me with smile! I really like the room, it’s super clean. The WiFi is very fast and even after that, I could still stay at the coworking space and sent my emails. I took breakfast at the bar there and in my opinion, the price is still very honest (3.7€ for a brioche and cafe latte). I’m even thinking to book my next stay here, sadly the rooms are fully booked already.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable hostels. Very spacious, chic spaces, all amenities are present. 2 mins walk from train station.

Excellent, very clean. I personally think it's the cleanest and best value-for-money hotel in Naples. The location is great, very close to the Central Station.

The hotel is very close to the train station, about a 5-7 minute walk, and it feels very safe since you need a key card to enter. We received a drink coupon upon check-in, though it was just for regular juice. Across from the hotel, you get a distant view of Mount Vesuvius, which is lovely. The bathroom is a bit small and cramped; there's a hook for shampoo, but the shower gel had to sit on the floor. Overall, the room is quite spacious, which is good for Naples.

The room was pretty good and spacious, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, there really wasn't much in terms of service. Sometimes the doorman could be a bit grumpy and wouldn't let us into the kitchen. When we asked the front desk if they had a fork, they seemed surprised – maybe that's just the culture in Naples, so we didn't really say anything else.
