The hotel is generally spacious and clean. Driving up the hillside is no problem, but the nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away. The traffic around the hotel is also quite busy with many motorcycles, so it's not the kind of place where you can stroll around casually. Overall, it's a good option for family trips. The hotel suites are very large, and the views are excellent. The sofa bed was also comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed their stay. In terms of facilities, it feels just about five-star standard, but not in a bad way. The guests are mostly American. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the dining environment is very pleasant. The terrace is beautiful; going for a drink in the evening offers great night views.

The biggest surprise of this trip was the hotel's two handsome front desk staff who were incredibly enthusiastic. The first one upgraded us to a corner room (perhaps because I'm a Hilton Diamond member), and the second one helped us arrange a taxi. Both windows in our room offered sea views, and despite being next to a road, the soundproofing was excellent – you could barely hear anything once the windows were closed. However, the location isn't super convenient; it's a 10-minute walk from the subway, so it's more suitable for those who can take taxis.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and you can see the beautiful Bay of Naples from the room. However, the room was a bit small, and the sharp corners of the table weren't covered, which resulted in both my friend and I getting bruises on our knees, and it even damaged a pair of my boots.

This is considered good for Naples. Naples is really a strange place; the food is great, but the hotels are just so-so.

The two beds were pushed together, and the room was clean, but the jacuzzi needed to be booked in advance and was fully reserved.

The hotel is very new, and the service was excellent. I was very happy with the room.
