The apartment was very nicely decorated, located in a quiet area, but only 10-15 minutes away from the Shopping street, Via Toledo. Martha was very helpful. She helped to reserve the taxi for us because we had to leave for the airport at 5 AM. Suggestion: please give the code to ring the door bell for the property in the check in instruction.

I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. The picture that ******* had online look nothing like this place I took pictures. Needless to say, I did not stay there. The agent from ******* wasn’t much help that she left us stranded in the alley. I went online and booked a hotel by myself very dissatisfied they would not refund my money. I would love to send you the pictures they are horrifying.

We had the best time staying here while in Naples for 2 days. The owner lives on the property and is the sweetest person ever. She will do whatever she can to make you feel welcome and ensure that your stay is amazing. We got complementary coffee every morning and we were able to have a taxi called for us whenever we needed one. The only downside was that the shower was limited in space. Also make sure to have cash to pay the tourist tax, as that is what’s preferred by the owner!

Friendly staff, great coffee in the morning. Room as described and we were very happy with it , location suited us as we like to walk everywhere. Would recommend. Also Naples has a bad reputation but we felt as safe as any other city. Don’t believe the hype

Italian Hideaway Lovely place to stay and great convenience. Laura was fantastic at communicating and the staff we met were so friendly. The road we were on was quiet and it felt lovely to stay somewhere so Italian rather than commercialised chain hotel.

We had a great stay here for a week in March. Location was perfect, very convenient for the metro station with the archaeology museum just round the corner. Plenty of great bars and restaurants a short walk away too. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and a lovely lady. Would highly recommend a stay here, we found it was an ideal base for our stay in Naples.

Great location, wonderful set up! For central Naples it was an excellent choice, a short walk to a lot of key areas but a tranquil location to avoid the hustle and bustle. The owners/staff were really helpful and the room was well equipped, clean and really comfortable. Highly recommend!
