We had the best experience in Naples. The apartment is clean and pleasant, the host is super welcoming and kind. Breakfasts are very good at the terrace with the stunning view to the city. Thanks for welcome drinks and snacks. If we come back, we will stay at your place again

The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. While all the must-see attractions in Naples are nearby, they're all within walking distance. There's air conditioning, but even at 22 degrees Celsius, it wasn't very cool, and the bedding had some unseen stains. The shower in the bathroom seemed clogged and wouldn't flush properly, and the toilet in particular wouldn't flush. Every time I used it, I had to pour water into the trash can next to it to flush it. I recommend it for the beautiful rooftop view, but otherwise, it's just so-so.

Good location to explore Naples- near the historic center with lots of restaurants & bars & sites within walking distance. Easy to reach the train, also. Nice breakfast every morning. Room was clean & comfortable, too. Very friendly staff.

This is an absolute gem of a B&B - lovely rooms and good bathrooms- well placed to see Naples. The team are uber helpful. Online photos do not do justice to the place. Very good vfm.

It was absolutelly fabulous place in Napoli.Location and the terrace is just wow. And of course the owner itself .Its a hidden gem in Napoli. Look no further-its No1 spot with amazing views and good breakfast. The owner was really helpfull and overall service is way better than in some hotels.

What a great place; we wish we had stayed longer! We were in the suite and had an incredible view out our window. Delicious breakfast. Maria Laura was super friendly and helpful. Great location; so much to do in the immediate vicinity. Charming rooftop views.

Hidden in what looks like a not so nice building in Naples, this is a really beautiful little gem of a B&B. The hosts were super friendly and the room was lovely, they welcomed us with some local pastries (which were delicious) and made us feel very welcome. The location is very good, quite central, and we had a partial view of the sea. The parking is challenging, very tight garage - I think in general if you are coming to Naples you are better off to be driving a small car not a sedan.

Perfectly positioned in Centre Storico. Family owned guesthouse and the rooms are spacious clean. Bright and uplifting. Breakfast is superb. If you are a walker, this place will be your peaceful retreat from the chaos that makes Naples. Situated on the top floors of a warehouse with a lift. Views out over the water to mt Vesuvius in the community spaces. Our room had its own balcony.

Suite room with magnificent view! Very good Italian breakfast that you order the day before! Right in the historic center, but an elevator lifts you above the noise to a terrace with almost 380 degree views! Unlimited coffee, tea and herbal tea! Incredibly kind staff! Thank you! M

Ein wunderbares B+B in zentraler Lage. Wir konnten es zu Fuß von der Fähre erreichen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 5.-7. Stockwerk eines typischen Wohnhauses. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Unser Zimmer Universita war frisch renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet und bequem. Host Maria ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Getränk und typisches Gebäck auf der tollen Dachterrasse.

Posto meraviglioso, servizio eccellente. Pulitissimo. Personale gentilissimo. Ogni dettaglio curato in ogni sfaccettatura. La struttura è provvista inoltre di una terrazza con una vista spettacolare:una chicca che sembra estraniarti dal mondo. Un confetto nel cuore di Napoli.

Sono stato accolto dalla signora Paola con un ottimo drink di benvenuto insieme ad una buonissima sfogliatella. Il B&B si presenta impeccabile sia dal punto di vista della pulizia che da una fantastica vista di Napoli. Il B&B è centralissimo e tutto lo staff accogliente e cordiale. Di certo, se avessi bisogno di prendere nuovamente un B&B a Napoli tornerei qui.

Gostei muito da minha estadia no Annunziata, tivemos uma excelente recepção!!! A limpeza é impecável, qualidade da roupa de cama também é excelente!!! Ótimo atendimento e localização. A vista do terraço é maravilhosa, para o Vesuvio! O café da manhã é incrível! Voltarei com certeza!!!!

B&b a dir poco fantastico... accoglienza super.. posizione eccellente per visitare il centro, ma il punto forte è la terrazza, panorama mozzafiato.. ci torneremo sicuramente... complimenti ad Alessandra la ragazza che ci ha preparato la colazione, super gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, in più ci ha dato qualche consiglio sul nostro viaggio a Napoli... se andate in vacanza scegliete assolutamente questo B&B..
