This is a good value if you're on a budget.
The room was spacious with a living area with a small kitchenette, table and couch, with a loft for the bed area. The bed was comfortable, the heat/ac was modern and worked well, plenty of hot water a nd good water pressure in the shower.
There is a common area elevator in the building. Surprisingly, the noise, from the activity on the street, did not keep me awake.
Daily housekeeping was very good.
The check-in process was a challenge, it's all done over the phone and the internet. I had to place over 12 calls to get through to the representative, in order to have them buzz the doors open for me.
I plan to stay here again.

Considering the price we paid it wasn't that bad, the room was really clean, really close to the train station and was perfect for our one night stay.
There's no reception so you have to call them in order to get in which was a bit complicated, you're really close to a busy street so there's a lot of honking and the bed we had had a broken spring so it wasn't all that comfortable.

We planned a trip to Italy from Ukaine, through the site *tickets.ua* booked and paid for accommodation in this hotel. The site indicated the possibility of free cancellation - it suited us, because we were not sure that 100% of the trip will take place. As a result, circumstances changed and we could not be physically present at this hotel - the reservation on the site was not canceled, we contacted the hotel - the administrator refused to return the money, stating that the payment for hotel accommodation is the cost of cancellation (on the site specified free cancellation). We will not contact this hotel anymore.

Good quality/price...51€ per night plus 3€ tax. Convenient because close to the train station and airport shuttle.
No reception
Contact via whapp available quickly even in the evening.
A bar in front open day and evening.
Room matches the photo.
It overlooks a boulevard with a lot of traffic even in the evening and very early in the morning. The claxon is widely used by the Neapolitans.
The bedding is not comfortable for pea people.

Honestly, removing the horror movie-like entrance and elevator and the noise outside and all the Africa that lives in the street... everything else is ok, clean rooms and friendly staff
