-The "television" was a computer screen of the smallest. The remote control was almost useless, in every way. Amazing.
-The air conditioning did not cool enough.
-The fridge was barely cold.
-The first day, behind the bedside table you could see dust balls. The full length mirror outside the wardrobe was very dirty.
-In the sink... the toilet tank made a little dripping sound. The only shelf was very high, a person of 1.57 cm. height can not reach. The beautiful large bathtub is difficult for elderly people to access (although we are not elderly).

-The correct breakfast. Friendly waiters.
-Location very good.
-We forgot clothes and they were very efficient in sending them to our home.

I love everything about this hotel! I had trouble finding it because it is situated in part of an old palazzo. I called and Renata came with a big smile to greet me! My room and bathroom were spotless, and I loved the antique decor. I had a corner room with tall ceiling and shutter and 2 little balconies overlooking the pedestrian street that featured many stores and eateries. Street sounds were never an issue for me at night. I am an older woman traveling solo and I felt very safe here. I originally booked for 3 nights but needed another night due to difficulty reserving a room at my next stop, Ischia. Sandro, Renata, and Chiara happily and efficiently assisted me in resolving both matters. The 3 made sure of every detail for my next destination and had it all confirmed. I cannot say enough about the staff, and how they care about your needs while staying here. The hotel is unique and charming, and the location is great! It’s an easy walk to the seafront, Via Toledo, the Galleria, and Piazza Plebiscito.

This hotel has a fantastic location on a pedestrianised street very close to many of the must-see sites in Naples. The staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay.Via Chai is a lovely little street and there are several excellent restaurants nearby.

This hotel is cozy, has atmosphere, great people work there, great location, clean room, good breakfast and espresso coffee available at breakfast! I loved it and will be going back next month, in March. This hotel was one of the reasons to consider our stay in Naples wonderful!

The hotel is situated in a period palazzo in the heart of the centro storico. The location could not be better. it’’s small but very clean throughout. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread includes also many cakes and Neopolitan specialties. Last but not least price is responsible.

This hotel is wonderfully located for touring Naples. The rooms are nicely decorated in a traditional style and are comfortable and well maintained. While the room is not spacious it is typical of an urban hotel and more than adequate. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the street. We had no problem with noise once we closed the doors. The breakfast is pleasant and we enjoyed the daily treat left out in the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful. We want to thank all of them for the help they gave when one of us tripped and dislocated a finger. They gave efficient first aid and helped us get to the nearest emergency room.
