Easy location but no heating or coffee facilities in room. Lumpy pillows bed ok. Breakfast one pastry & w drink in a bar 2 doors away. The coffee was cold & croissant was stale. They did serve cereal but did not provide bowls. No idea how they operate hotel breakfast

Way better that what I saw in the reviews. Think it just got renovated so everything is basically new!

A very worn out hotel. Extremely noisy air-conditioned. They used fake photos in trip.com website, the room is totally not the same as seen on photos, much much worse, looks like those hourly-rate hotel for **********. Trip.com should take them out of the list.

Bad location and no parking for the car The breakfast it’s not good

Situated close to Statione centrale, the hotel was ok, clean, but in a very loud area. Breakfast was ok, only sweet, pastry products and some milk

Relatively close to the railway station, spacious room, quite clean. What was unpleasant - blue bedspread with stains, no blanket, in the morning until 8 the maids shouted very loudly in the corridor and woke up the whole floor, rattled carts, the window overlooks a small courtyard, the windows are open and there is strong audibility. Citytax is higher than indicated on the site, it is not important for me, but it puts the staff in an awkward position. Breakfast is sweet, nearby.

The hotel is fine. Good location, clean. The only thing was the reception staff were unfriendly, and they charged me higher rates than stated on my reservation.

The hotel is located in a fairly central position, and has been recently renovated, the only flaw is that when I stayed the air conditioning was not working and I was not provided with another replacement room because everything was full, much less a refund for the disservice. The breakfast was very poor, with 4 unbrown croissants, and very little food. With this price you will find better elsewhere. Positive note for the truly excellent and impeccable cleanliness

Close to the station, overall everything was satisfactory. Slept well, the room was warm

In general everything was fine, except that when we arrived the room had not been cleaned and was dirty. Hours later the room was cleaned and it was left in optimal condition.
