B&B Dei Decumani

The property is in a good location: it is just a few minutes walk from the main streets of Naples and the underground line. It's very convenient to walk around the city centre. The area is a little busy at night. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Some of the bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are truly splendid! The mattresses are extremely comfortable and conducive to sleep! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, I don't think I've ever met such helpful people! My experience is certainly positive: if I were to return to Naples, I would definitely stay here!

I start by saying that the cost of the B&B is certainly not low. 90 euros per night without breakfast. There is the possibility of using a voucher to have breakfast for 3 euros in a bar below. Obviously at the customer's expense. It is true that we knew this condition before accepting the quote but B&B means bed and breakfast. The room is comfortable, essentially furnished. The sheets are worn and with holes (see photo) and despite what they say with a lot of warning (see photo) they are not changed after the two days. I had to ask for the change, made on the fourth day (! ). The incomparable bathroom. Small, narrow Start, the door passes flush by the sink and scrubs the floor. To use the toilet you have to go inside, turn the door and slip behind it and hit the tablecloth holder, vintage model. The toilet has a delayed start and you have to insist. The very small shower prevents any movement. ( see other photos ) Single-dose products limited to shower shampoo. The shower head, also vintage, does not stay in place and falls. We have to call to get it fixed. And I prefer to gloss over other things. The only positive element, for which I don't put a dot, is the very central position. Obviously not recommended also for the price / quality ratio.

The hotel is located a bit far from the center on a dark street. The room is good, spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. The host is always available and has the basic services quite well

Structure in an ancient building and here it is, when we entered disappointing, with scaffolding in front of the window you could not even open the windows doors with three opening fingers, sagging and dirty curtains, cleanliness is not mentioned, structure not taken care of, good the location is in the center of every interest in Naples, however since I had booked for my friends it was disappointing and I was very sorry

Abbiamo scelto questo B & B perché un'amica napoletana ci ha suggerito la strada piú centrale per i nostri spostamenti. E abbiamo sbagliato alla grande. Signora, in effetti come dice lei è giusto che si vergogni. Per quello che ha scritto, per non accettare le critiche e per non saperle leggere. Il preventivo caro? Mi andava bene. Ho scelto io la stanza più costosa ben sapendo che non era prevista la colazione. E questo l'ho scritto. A Napoli si può fare colazione ovunque. La camera si, comoda ma arredata in modo essenziale. NON BEN ARREDATA. la cosa è molto diversa. Non l'ho perseguitata con mille chiamate, giusto tre , se non sbaglio, per avere la certezza che la mia mail vi fosse arrivata. Voi invece avete risposto con tutto il vostro comodo . Strutture li in zona centrale ne sono a bizzeffe . Più o meno costose. Ma se pago 90 euro al giorno pretendo un servizio adeguato. Il soffione della doccia era già malmesso, al nostro arrivo, quindi non controllato da voi, come tutto il bagno e non si permetta di insinuare che dipendeva da noi. Bagno orribile , lo evidenziano le foto. Le lenzuola sostituite al quarto giorno ( conservo i messaggi con le relative date). È corretta una sensibilità nei confronti dell'ambiente ma bisogna saper mediare tra le varie esigenze, soprattutto se si ha un'attività imprenditoriale . Non ho preteso cambi di biancheria eccessivi ma solo quelli previsti da voi . Per finire ho dovuto chiedere anche le ricevute per i pagamenti effettuati del B&B, della tassa di soggiorno e del ceck inn effettuato dopo le 17.00. quindi ricapitolando vi è sfuggito lo stato del soffione della doccia , lo stato di tutto il bagno, gli strappi delle lenzuola, lo scorrere dei giorni (per il cambio biancheria ) la consegna degli scontrini o ricevute. Mi trovo d'accordo con lei sulla Sua vergogna

Stanza molto carina e pulita. Vicinissimo al centro, ci sono molti bar e ristoranti vicinissimi.La proprietaria è veramente gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni sul centro storico e dove mangiare. L'entrata del BB è un pochino difficile da trovare, visto che bisogna entrare in un androne e salire al primo piano, però non è un problema una volta averlo fatto.

La struttura si trova al quinto piano dinun palazzo in zona comoda a diversi PUNTI d'interesse! Struttura moderna nuova e molto pulita. CAMERA più grande delle dimensioni standard! La colazione viene servita al bar sottostante, in camera si trova tutto il necessario da toilette ddntifricio spazzolini
