The hotel is located in the city center, inside the Galleria Umberto I. You can see the crowds downstairs when you stand in front of the window. The glass is very soundproof. The only certainty is that the room is not large. The service staff is very professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good and it is very convenient to travel. convenient.

I never expected that the hotel door would be so inconspicuous, like a guest house. Alas, hotels in Italy have to make do with it! The service attitude is pretty good, but there is nothing worth commenting on.

I spent two nights in Naples. This was a very nice hotel, close to the famous opera house, Teatro di San Carlo. I had a comfortable spacious room with a great power shower. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The positives are the reception staff are wonderful and if this is the area you want to stay in, the rooms are large by European standards, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has a strong rain shower. You can walk to most attractions easily. On the other hand, this "hotel" has more of a boutique B&B vibe. It is all contained on the first floor of a shared building. It shares a stair with businesses and private apartments. Breakfast is ok, there can be a wait to get a coffee. The AC pumped in the smell of frying from nearby eateries in the early morning.

Excellent modern and very central - very close to the San Carlo opera. Reasonably quiet at night (up a little street off main via toledo). Good breakfast. Very courteous staff

Very nice people, great breakfast (and great that it’s until 10:30 for us late risers), room was nice and well appointed. Only dings are….floor is a hard cement rather than carpet, and there is only one mirror, in the bathroom. No mirror in the room itself.

We spent three nights in a comfortably spacious room in this clean, modern hotel, and found it be all we could have wished for. The location is excellent, if the entrance is a little hard to find. The hotel was ideally placed for all our dining, shopping and sightseeing requirements, and the nearby square is a standard pickup spot for bus tours and taxis.
