Breakfast with only a few options available and fresh coffee was sold apart. Coffee is available only by using the coffee machine. No transfer available from/to the airport. Room size was okay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Accessible hotel with lifts and rooms very close to lift area.

Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes.

This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy.

It's suitable for those who prioritize location and terrace views and aren't overly concerned with cleanliness; it's definitely worth a stay.

The hotel in Naples is reasonably priced. The room is somewhere between a three- or four-star hotel in China. The TV is small, though I didn't watch it much. The air conditioning is good, and the soundproofing is excellent. There are supermarkets nearby, making shopping, dining, and transportation convenient. Naples as a whole is dirty and chaotic, so this hotel's location is relatively good. The breakfast is entirely Western-style, with only slight variations in desserts each day; thankfully, anything tastes good when you're hungry. The gym is basic, just adequate. A minor complaint: there's no free bottled water, and the minibar is charged, though the price is reasonable. Be aware that there are no slippers or toiletries. This is common in Europe.

I didn't take many photos. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the room was clean with a rather modern style.

I visited Naples for a brief one-night stay during my honeymoon in Italy, and I liked that all the front desk staff were friendly.
